They treat their employees like trash. This company is VERY unprofessional. New management, Tim Steen can't even spell convertible. A lot of these reviews are from family of the owner & bosses.

Best place i ever worked my 50 years. Its like one big family, I love going to work and Tim is one of the best people I have ever worked for.

They will not honor my warranty claim, even though their managers have promised they would do so (twice). I have called 30+ times in 6 weeks trying to get this settled, but their managers are never available and they never call back. I am switching to a different manufacturer.

It is nice to see in this day and age a company that holds quality and customer satisfaction at such a high standard. I purchased my top two years ago and recently installed it. , I had a problem installing the top because of markings for several different vehicles. Any other company would have hung me out to dry, not EZ on they recognized the confusion and sent me a new top at their expense, very quickly. I highly recommend this company and their customer service is second to none.

Just received our convertible top. We are very pleased with the packaging and the quality. We will post an update once it is installed.
