E-telequote insurance inc. Review

Great place to work. Training was good and the Trainers Laura and Jeffrey are wonderful and patience.

Anytime I have a question I can reach someone to help, quickly.

every extension i call is a dead end. when i finally got a hold of a "agent " he was very rude, and non professional. sounded like he could use a nap since he was talking so slow. or maybe just lazy but to the point that he told me i should just google the information i wanted..... like what?!

Received a post card from them - one of those phony mailings that try to look like an official government communication but aren't. I had to use an actual magnifying glass to find the name of the company in the fine print. So I googled "e-TeleQuote Insurance" and found horrible reviews from their own employees on Indeed and complaints from people whose Medicare coverage they'd changed against the customer's wishes reported by the Better Business Bureau. I also took a close look at all their 5-star reviews here on Google reviews, and most of them have all the earmarks of a phony review. Several are from users who've never reviewed anything else. One explicitly states she works for the company. Another is from a user who's reviewed lots of other companies, all of them in Pakistan!

Representative went above & beyond trying to help me... wish I could say the same for Medicare!
Tele-Quote couldn t help, but it certainly wasn t because their Rep. didn t try! Good job, Keith!!

This very ethical company with fine people and good pay and training is great!

I just spoke with a Victoria. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She answered the phone and asked if I had Medicare and I told her no. She said im not eligible and hung up. E TELEQUOTE YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER

I have worked for this company for two years and have had a great experience. Before I came to my interview, I did some research and saw that the reviews were horrible. I decided to makeup my own mind and try them out. I don't regret that decision. You can't always believe what you read. Are they perfect no, but I have no complaints. They work really hard to be professional and reputable. Go on give us a try and see for yourself.

This company has been calling me everyday except Sunday for the last 5 months. They are very annoying. Sometimes they call 2 times a day. I have turned them into the Do Not Call Registry everyday. The calls still come. I wish I had their home phone numbers so I can call them at home to annoy them. I want nothing to do with this company.
If I want insurance, which I don't want I would call someone. I don't need an aggravating company to call me everyday and invade my privacy. Stay away from this company they are relentless so how good can their insurance be. There are plenty of better companies out there that aren't annoying. I gave them 1 star only because I had to or I would give them a minus 10 rating if I could.
To any of the personal at this company, STOP CALLING ME EVERYDAY.
