I completely agree with the other one-star review regarding support—it’s terrible. They seem more focused on closing deals than helping customers. E-Max Systems in Glasgow is heading for failure, and users will be left holding the bag when their ERP loses support. We had such high hopes, but the experience has been nothing short of awful.

They often applied workarounds that seemed to fix the immediate problem—like stock losses—only to create new headaches in the finance module or report incorrect figures. We have three brands within our group, which might have complicated things, but we were assured this wouldn’t be an issue when we started. To make matters worse, senior management became hard to reach once we decided to pull the plug. We’ve spoken with other local businesses who faced similar hurdles and have either abandoned their implementations or reverted to the older, more stable E-Max system. If you’re looking for a true, reliable ERP solution for a complex setup, we can’t recommend this one.
