Founded in 2004 by Jennifer Niles and Scott Pearson, E.l. Haynes Public Charter School has grown from a small middle school serving 60 students to a comprehensive K-12 institution with over 1,400 students enrolled across three campuses in Washington D.C. The school's mission is to prepare all students for success in college and beyond by providing them with rigorous academic programs that are tailored to their individual needs.
At E.l. Haynes Public Charter School, the curriculum is designed around the belief that all children can learn at high levels when given the right support and resources.
