We feel like we have been on a big roundabout with our online marketing and have arrived back at a destination we should never have left and that is ECBD. There are so many options available and we were a small business who was attracted by some advise from a couple of the big multi national media organisations so decided to leave our provider at the time. After 4+ years and multiple let downs we learnt this. You can only get great service from a great team, you are simply a number and make up the numbers with the larger companies and this led us down a path of poor website performance, poor backup service and lots of promises. Their staff turnover often meant a new campaign manager every few months and that''s if you even knew who they were. Fancy reports mean nothing without a good team tweaking them in the back ground and running a small business in today's market means having a great team in the back ground simply gives you more time to spend on your business not in it. This is where ECBD excel, they have a dedicated team for each of today's many online marketing choices. The process of building our new site was flawless and we are super excited by not only its new look but the way it has made our phone ring again with our online inquiries exceeding our expectations. The new online reports are very easy to understand and I know if I have any questions they will be answered and explained asap.
