Poorly run laboratory. Administration and management dont communicate well and personal egos run rampant. Work is always finished late and communication is horrible. Training is an absolute joke. Mediocre laboratory with mediocre management.
For testing of water samples and other diagnostic testing
They paint a pretty picture and try to sound all professional at the beginning. Dynatec is anything but professional, for a small locally own business there s a lot of drama and favoritism between owner and employees. Most technicians that work there don t have a formal education or training.
Horrible management in all departments. The owner will promise you a pay which he never fulfills. A bunch of broken promises. Small business and tons of drama. Bad turn around time. People tend to just work here for experience then leave. I would not go back to working here.
Poor communication. Administration is a joke as well as the pay. Employees are mistreated and hazed. The product production is misleading.
Highly unprofessional management. False promises form the lab director and not a good place to work for or with. Management believes that pay and bonuses are great tools to intimidate and manipulate employees into giving in and doing anything they may ask. Management does not work well together and they make efforts to sabotage and or make other managers or departments look bad which as a consequence managers will not take responsibility for their department and instead of seeking solutions to solve any problems they will throw employees under the bus. These behaviors cause an unhealthy work environment and it even trickles down to non management employees adopting these behaviors.
