They tell you who they are and who they are with but refuse to tell you what their call is in reference to and then yell at you.

Very kind staff. Unlike other agencies, I felt that they actually understood that I was a person. Even though I had settle a large amount, it still made my day to have a genuine conservation with the staff. Thank you so much :)

This company is a complete scam that just trying to steal your information if you get a call from them block the number immediately and do not return a call.

They called my phone and didn't even know the name of the person they were asking for and then promptly hung up.

Even though I had to pay the a large sum of money. It was to settle an account that was mine. They were flexible and all around nice to work with. They want the same thing you do. To get it over with. Nice people...

This company is a scammer. They sent me a letter threatening legal action regarding an account I have never had if I don't pay it in full. Please watch out if you get anything in the mail from this place!

Wish I could rate 0 stars... definitely the worst!! Horribly rude when they're asked questions!! I asked what company they were from due to the rep talking soo fast, and in regards to what they were calling for, and the lady got sarcastic, went on to say that "I already have your info, so it doesn't matter." Then she hung up! Ridiculous.

Posted a photo. They sent a letter to settle for one amount. Go to the website by the end of the month (still have 10 days to pay the settlement) and they jacked it up to 725 from their offer of 536. They can either accept my money, or have the whole thing put in dispute.

Absolutely fake! They sent me a letter that I owed Neiman Marcus from 2011. They told me the debt was still collectible. I told them it was not and they are breaking the law. Next stop, Fair Credit.

Told these people when they called the first time that there was no one here by the name they were looking for. Since then, they have called back FOUR times....asking for the same person.

dont even answer these people ONCE, block them IMMEDIATELY after receiving the call. Hang up on them GUILT FREE after they identify where theyre from.

They called me in regards to a June 2016
Debt with an account # and bank that I never ever heard of before. They said that I owed $762 . They had my last 4 digits of my social and my address. I asked them is there another name that the company used to go under and they said no. I gave her an email to send it to and I am still waiting. I haven't received it yet and I am already paying what I owe and that is Not on the list of bills! Yes rude, abrupt and speak very fast. I have life lock(Norton) will check with them about this agency. They have NEVER EVER sent me any documentation via the mail at any time. BS Company.
You know to "the owner" who keeps chiming in with apologies and questionable customer service tesponses..what about the BS claims and how your company is going after closed claims or no claims. STOP IT!!! GOD WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR YOUR DISHONESTY

I was called today about a credit debt that had been paid off more than 10 years ago.

Because I know we settled this matter many years ago and have no outstanding revolving debt, I requested:
1. the company's name (DRS - Dynamic Recovery Solution)
2. the caller's name (I won't disclose her name. She was just trying to do the job for which she was paid. She claimed she will note the claim IU was disputed, but it'll probably open another can of worms)
3. the name of the client (LVNV Funding - she could not tell me what the LVNV stood for, only that LVNV was trying to resolve an old debt for their client HSBC)

So you're clear on how convoluted this is, company A called to recover a previous debt owed that company B claimed they were attempting to recover on behalf of company C.

Now, I'm reporting them both. The HSBC accounts were closed and settled within 2 yrs of during the 2008 economy downturn. Unfortunately, it seems predators come out the woodwork whenever the economy becomes unstable.

Beware of these types of Financial blood suckers and make sure you get as much info you need to report them.

These people are pure scum! They harass you for debts you don't owe! Not to mention calling you from random numbers not even linked to their company. Total scam!

This place is absolutely rude. I was contacted in regards to a medical bill from 9 years ago for $610 dollars when I lived in Michigan. I told them there was no way this was possible because I had medicaid and VA Health insurance at the time. They told me I owed money even with insurance. I was then put on the phone with a supervisor who told me sir we can take care of this for $310 dollars if you pay it today.... NOPE not doing that. I contacted the hospital where this happened and they told me I had a zero balance in there billing computer and that insurance took care of the bill. The hospital billing department contacted them and told them this as well only then the supervisor was rude to the director of billing from the hospital. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

I received a call from this place that woke me up. Right off the bat the girl is talking super fast and being extremely shady about where she's calling and wants me to confirm my social. When I ask again where she was calling, the only information that she was willing to provide was the name of the company. Now mind you, I'm half asleep, so I asked what was this in regards and again she just said the name and refused to provide any information unless I verified my social. Then she stated that she will not tell me why they are calling and when I'm ready to provide my social then she can tell me and hung up. So I googled this place and it says this is in south Carolina , so why are they calling me with a New York number?

I had a debt that was sold to this company. I finally had the money available to pay it off so I called them. The first girl we spoke to seemed to be helpful and nice, but the money was never taken out of the account and I never received a confirmation email. I call back about a week later and get connected with one of the managers. He tells me she never even entered any of my information. He then takes my information and says I should be receiving a confirmation email along with a second email. Another week has passed. The money has been taken out but still no email. Nothing at all. We called back to be told this person (who told us he would be available to us) isn t even in the office, and we will have to wait until Monday to speak with him. The fact that they took a HUGE amount of money out of my account and sent me absolutely nothing to confirm it or follow up leads me to believe I ve been scammed. If this issue is not resolved very soon, I will be taking legal action against this company. Avoid this company if you can help it!!!

They will blow your phone up non stop with fake names and when you tell them they are calling the wrong person they laugh and hang up.

got a call from this number asking me for personal information... I said i do not verify info by phone and the info you have is not me...when i asked where she is calling from she hung up

They called me at work and threatened me. I ended connecting to a Mr Hanan. Extremely rude, talked to me like I was trash and refused to give me information.

I owed a hospital bill and these people gave me the option of paying a minimum amount each month. They aren t scam but I do suppose some scam can pretend to be them. If they are calling you, I suggest you call them back for info or look into on what they calling you about as someone may have posed as you. This is a legit place. I went to visit them at their office since I live in Greenville.

PLEASE REACH OUT TO THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR IF YOU RECEIVE A CALL OR LETTER FROM THEM. I told them I had paid this debt already, and they tried to tell me it was different. I knew better because I had already reached out to whom the debt was owed originally, AND this company was NOT listed on my credit report. Anytime you get a debt sent to collections you will see it on your report. Always check your credit report first!

This company is a scam. Don t give them anything. Plus, all the reps are incredibly rude. Just more proof this is just a trash company out to get unwarranted money.

The staff at this place is rude, unprofessional, and lacks tact. They keep calling my phone looking for someone who I don t even know, they tell me the have removed my number from the call list with a snide attitude and want to spend more time arguing defending their stance then solving the problem. Call me again, and it will be a legal matter that your piss poor attitudes will not fix.

Paid off a medical bill that I had from 2010 in 2016. Now they re sending me letters in the mail saying I owe on a medical bill from 2010 that I already paid them in 2016. It even came out of my banking account and it s not on my credit report anymore the company is a scam.

Buys fake debts from Tate, and tries to scam for wrong collections. This should be unlawful. Sending your letter to my lawyer. Is there a class settlement for this company too?

SCAM- got a letter stating I was sent to collections by a local hospital- local hospital (Texas Health Resources) confirmed that the information is false and that they do not use this company for their collection accounts.- these people should be in jail

Sent a letter and called me to say I owed debt from over a decade ago. Informed them that I was a minor at the time & they should be calling the police because someone must have stolen the identity of a back-then child. Hung up on me and haven t heard from them since.

I understand I have a debt with this company, I'm not denying that, but when they call 4 times back to back while at work can be very frustrating. When I answered the phone, the girl was really rude, nasty, and I barely could understand her as she was chewing in my ear. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said refused to get me a supervisor. How and why be rude when they call. If dont finicially make the money, dont ask about my taxes, or tell me to take out a loan, another added bill. Smh

I received a letter about an outstanding balance, I called the number listed on the letter and I settled an account, I was supposed to receive the email confirmation of the payment, and a letter in the mail stating the same, never got it. I'm still waiting for it, its been 4 weeks. I just want the proof that I took care of the account. I think I will have to get a lawyer involved if I don't get the letter that was what expected from them. I will call back on Monday and they better give me what I need from them. I also recorded all the communications between me and them, they are mot the only ones that can record phone calls. I know a lawyer will eat that up all day.

Calling for a personal matter and wanted me to verify personal information which they GAVE to me over the phone. Hung up when I didn t verified. What if the info was right and they were just giving it out to a stranger??

They keep calling me with random LOCAL numbers??? Seems fishy? I called the number back and the lady wanted my SS# address and other personal information. I said NO, until you can tell me what this is about, I am not giving out my personal information. She said she can't tell me unless I give her my info. BUT, she said she will mail me the information about what this is about. We'll see??? I have been the victim of identity theft 4 times with the IRS!!!!! YOU THINK I AM GOING TO GIVE YOU MY INFORMATION????? Get real!!!!! I have been diligently working on my credit for the last 3 years. There is ONE ITEM on my credit report for $165. And they are local and send me letters all the time. Everything else on my credit report is over 10 years old and DISCHARGED!!!!!!

This woman called me and was speaking so fast I could not understand one word she was saying and when I asked her to slow down and repeat where she was calling from she was getting frustrated and then hung up on me. Not to mention when you call on my phone it says scam likely so excuse me for being hesitant

An absolute joke, no information, no documentation on what is owed, threaten to sue 3 times in one phone conversation, some customer service you got going on over there.

This company is a joke one of their employees " Otis"called my wife and informed her that they were an "IT Company" and would like to speak to before 5pm. I gave them a call about an hour after I was informed. Otis never once verified my identity but informs me that he's calling on behalf of a "supposedly outstanding" debt in which I know I have already disputed. He Informs me of the amount I proceed to tell him that is incorrect. He continues to over talk me all the while I'm trying to bring him up to speed that the debt has already been disputed and wiped from my credit report. Even after he was informed he begins to offer me a settlement deal for half of the original debt in which he states this offer will only stand for the remainder of the current week. I say all this to say that this company and its employees are disrespectful and inconsiderate and lack the required training that is necessary to do their job.

I work for a government agency and they kept calling my work phone from multiple numbers looking for someone else. I thought my voicemail would ve given it away that I m not the person they re looking for and that is was a business line. Called them to tell them to remove me from their call list and the lady was very disrespectful.

Received a bill recently for a debt that was paid nearly at least 6+ years ago.

Scam scam scam... I have checked my credit report and do not owe anything yet they tell me I owe $500 to Wells Fargo... I ve never had a Wells Fargo account... total scam do not give them any information!! In fact they have doctored the google map photo to show them on it but if you go check their address on my map app it shows that this area is an EMS Council !!! They in fact took off the whole complex in their showing of the map... so your research before you give any info out...

They are trying to collect a bogus debt on me. I was hurt on the job as an RN and was seen in that hospital s emergency room. Workmen s comp was to take care of it plus I am a veteran and have given them my Tricare info, but they are still billing me even after I have contacted them.
I wish I could give them a zero but I can t on the site.

I have repeatedly asked this company for a physical bill of what I owe. Their response "we can't do that". I also ask for proof they are legit. Their response "sir we don't have to provide anything to you". The company they are representing for the debt has even reached out to them. Nobody from DRS has reached out to me. I have also asked to negotiate the settlement amount. "We don't have the authority to do that." But when I finally got in touch with the company who actually owns my debt they said DRS has full control over what the settlement amount is.

Bully on the phone said we are not a billing company and hung up on me in mid conversation, after I told him I would have no problem paying it. Feel bad for whoever is hiring them, hanging up on a client that said they would pay it is pretty bad.

Although they had my name and address, they are scammers. After they called me, I digged deeper to look at my debt that was due and called the ORIGINAL medical that I owed. They reassured me that they DO NOT send their bills to any 3rd party collections and said to not pay them. This company also keeps calling me even AFTER I said to never call me again. I called them out on their BS and they still wanted to try to call me to ask me a question which I just hanged up the phone and had to block them! Do NOT FALL FOR IT OR PAY THEM!

You finally caught up with me. I knew it would happen eventually.. As far as dealing with debt collectors go the process was simple. The representative actually had a personality and was friendly and accommodating. He made me realize that on the other line was a human being who was just doing their job being the messenger to make ends meet. Must be a difficult job to do daily. I in the past have been a total jerk to collectors.
