The job leads said it was for someone to answer the phones and front desk representative.Very very disappointing The people seemed courteous and professional at first they told me I would get 40 plus hours and all of the over time I wanted and all it was was front desk representative. When I got there it was all about speed and working two screens at one time and you had to be able to type literally faster than you can blink a whole sentence paragraph. I am not a IT person I'm a front desert representative this job is to answer questions for customers online while using two screens and able to answer the question before the timer runs out basic let people know what they're getting into before they go to this job interview. they kept telling me to dress professionally which they didn't have to tell me I was going to do that anyway because that's what you do. They even send a email and a reminder text message about dressing professionally and being ready. When I got there they were people with sweats t-shirts shorts no professionals. Except for the agency interviewer. In other words this place is a call center for takaka airbags and if you can't type fast lightning fast then this job is not for you but if you can then this job is for you good luck.

Great job great benefits...allows for late and missed days they buy you lunch most days...the morale is great and they have raises and reference bonuses too. If you have a felony don't apply and if you are interested say so because there are plenty of opportunities here. Paid training for one week and then your on the floor. It's easy to learn this job.

I worked briefly for this company and they decided to send a paper check without informing me until after. When I inquired, they said they were having "issues" with their direct deposit. I still have not received my last check and it's was supposed to be received on 07.24.2020. When I tried to ask about My payment, I was blocked.

This place is a terrible work environment, I ve never seen a company function this terribly. The company is full of complete lies and misleading information. I would highly advise not working here, the only reason to work here is to get a paycheck while looking for a job. They will hire you for a full time position and you ll end up being part time, if you dare ask for a raise you ll most likely be replaced or fired. Performance review are completely looked past so they don t have to give you a raise or that managers who need to be let go can stay in their position with no repercussions for their actions, do not apply to this company.

Petty, disorganized and ridiculous company to work for. The upper management runs around making arbitrary changes to the work flow with 0 metrics to gauge the success or not. The upper management then will blame middle and lower management for the lack of growth and progress all the while giving them no tools to coach and work with the employees. Hard workers, after getting a few raises and being worn out by years of working for this company suddenly have bogus reasons to be let go unleashed on them. Then if you press about the reasons, they quote you "Michigan is an at will state". Cronyism is rampant, they will promise opportunities to advance, they only actually mean to lower management where you become a whipping post for upper managements lack of leadership. Save yourself a lot of headache and steer clear of working at this place.

I like the job in the beginning, but realized that none of the supervisors were on the same page when you asked a question. I had to leave my job due to expensive car issues, but when I was able to get my car repaired and called to see if I could come back they said no because I gave no notice. How do you give notice when your car breaks down and have no way to work? All my reviews I was told I was a good employee, but I wasn't rehirable cause I didn't give them notice when my car broke down. Make sure you can see in the future, so you can give them notice that something is going to go wrong on this date!

The first piece of paperwork prior to training is your availability. Yet the entire class had concerns because the scheduling team doesn't read. There are 5 women restroom stalls on the 3rd floor to a call center with 150 women. Yet you receive a 10 min break and have to clock out. Your seat is 3 minutes (x2)
if u walk fast...don't let there be a line and do not require a refreshment from talking all day. Full time really mean part time. You have to pick up hours which means you really are not eligible for benefits. Generic and faulty system. Unsanitary, germ invested, visible mouse traps and everyone is slowly getting sick yet no crew comes in to disinfect.
