I love this store. My only "first-world" problem is that there's no mobile coverage here, probably due to being underground. Maybe you can offer free wifi, so I can spend more money in your store after researching titles online.

Hello. I was in your store between 11-12 midday today. I was busy selecting books for my avid reader teenage daughter, who is currently away for a month on school camp with no reading material. I was busy searching and purchasing books to send her.
I was assisted by one of your staff members (sorry I didn t read her name badge), she was an elderly lady. She was extremely helpful in suggesting books and very knowledgable. I purchased a large pile of books based on her recommendations.
I will definitely return and look for her for assistance.

If I was to be stuck in a place for isolation due to some panademic (which would never happen because pandemics don't happen kidding!) I would choose this place. The collection of books is amazing, the service is friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is amazing. I have sent many of my friends to this place and highly recommend it to anybody
