The staff is very nice but even if you have an appointment it takes almost an hour to be seen.

The hand sanitizer from here smells like corn liquor

horrible nurses! worse health dept in nc. Karen hicks is the wife of a murderer who kill 3 dental unc students and she still works protected by inefficient managers there, their services are awful Waste of tax dollars they still have a hiv counseling program / and you have to sign a bunch of documents and to get back results takes forever -
WASTE WASTE WASTE they do not have a children program what about lead testing ????awful health director and managers with big fat salaries

Beautiful facility, well maintained, with professional staff and good organization. We were well, promptly, and pleasantly taken care of. I reserve five stars for that rare, over-the-top, "wow!", so reserving one star here is no criticism. Kudos to Durham Co for the great work. I loved the historical panels and the art by Eleatta Diver.

Its a nice place, but the biggest problem is that some of the doctors wont even care to listen to you fully. I had a doctor completely ignore that i was seeing lights flashing and then I guess he either didnt care enough or was being a little racist? But I ended uo going another month with seeing these flashing lights and then got light headed a lot .Finally got a different doctor that was brand new in the feild amd he cared more about every problem than every other person i saw but then... Apparently the actual prenatal doctor didnt even know that i had a premie baby before and I was told by my ultrasound doctor that I was to be checked on more and have more ultrasounds to keep an eye on me to make sure i dont have the same problems... Well the doctor didnt care and said "no lets just measure you" and then " no you dont need it your fine" oh really? So glad you are the one in my body and carrying this child that could be a premie because you didnt want to listen and I cant even schedule a ultra sound because they have to do it and they dont gove a damn apparently if you might be losing fluids.

So if your pregnant do not go here .Find a real doctor ASAP. The burling health department is so much better.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! They take forever to assist you, then don't help much at all. The workers do NOT respond to call within the 48hrs stated and they all have nasty attitudes! It's very unprofessional and disappointing. You wouldn't think a person would acquire an education and not desire to do their job. STOP WASTING YOUR TIME AND OURS TOO! Wish I could give them no stars.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Went back and forth to this place . Employees rude, someone gave me incorrect information and greatly inconvenienced me. And even the supervisor I spoke to was rude. Worst experience at a health facility

I was a walk-in at the clinic and only had to wait about 30 minutes to be seen. Having read the reviews here, I was worried I would have a negative experience. That wasn't the case at all! The staff were so warm and attentive from the security guards to the nurse practitioners. They do an awesome service for the community!

When you see people in a position to change things for the better and they use it to do what they want. There are so many people opening food trucks and the health department is under staffed. What they decided to do is block people from starting a their business. You live in Raleigh and you plan to do business in Durham but "they say" you can't because you don't live in Durham? When those other folks want you to do what they want. I wouldn't do business in Durham AT ALL!!!

I went in today around 4:40 p.m. I needed to get a blood test, and I did not know what room to go. I went to this lab room, I think it was room 5 in the first floor. The receptionist from that room was terrible, she was an Afro-American woman, and she treated me like if I was retarded and even asked me if I had papers. I felt terrible, she might have meant papers as an ID or something like that but I think she said it in double meaning. Anyway, I went to Any Lab Test Now, and I was treated 100% better. I cannot believe that unprofessional people like this have a job.

They pay for everything that needs to be payed for and help you out alot.

wish i could give this place less than one star they deserve negative stars! please someone teach these people how to respect trans folks ASAP it's 2016 this is unacceptable

The rudest people on earth. How can they have a job.. I'm black and the black people that work there were extremely rude to me like they didn't care about anything and didn't want to be at work.. she wouldn't even give me there names so I could report them or give me info in how to report them

Some services are so pecimos that I do not understand how many people work here and do not allude as they should

If I could I would give this place no stars I m very disappointed with everything in this place these people don t seem to care I was being treated in maternity and i had to be transferred to duke because my pregnancy was risky but no one was doing anything I had to call every day to get that transferred but they never answer my calls and the staff there is awful I do NOT recommend this place at all
