As a customer, I recently had an experience with the organization and I must say it was quite average. The website is well-designed and informative, making it easy to navigate through the different services and programs they offer. However, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. It took quite some time before I received a response to my inquiries, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the lack of transparency regarding the cost of their services was disappointing. I had to dig deep into the website to find any information about fees and financial assistance options. On a positive note, the organization does provide valuable support and resources for individuals in need, and their mission is certainly commendable. However, I feel that there are areas in which they could improve to provide a more satisfactory experience for potential clients.
