I feel as though my case could have been dropped or a different tactic could have been used for better results... They managed the case, but it felt very don t worry about it, we know what we are doing, don t ask too many questions just let us decide what s best and we will tell you what the court decides. My case wasn t dropped, although many just like it are, and I didn t meet my actual lawyer until I got to the court room. I was just told to show up and that they would meet me. That wasn t very reassuring as a first/only time offender. They were professional and did everything legally, I just would have liked more communication, more reassurance, and the lawyers willingness to be more aggressively tactful.

I want to thank Paul Dunham for being the first person I spoke to at the firm, he reassured me after hearing my case that their ultimate goal at the firm was to make me feel comfortable and after I hired the firm and met with my attorney Ben Florey, I knew I was in good hands after our initial conversation , Mr. florey was very attentive to my case and made me feel comfortable the entire time all the up until today 9 months after I hired him when I finished my case today , words or this review does not amount to the gratitude I have towards Mr. Florey and the entire firm. Thank y all so much I will literally be forever grateful

I just wanted to take a moment to share our experience with the Dunham and Jones Law Firm. I know more often than not people tend to write about bad things when they want to provide feedback online. In this instance I want to be sure to highlight that we have been so fortunate to have this law firm on our side. My son has been assigned Whitney Wayne as his attorney. Ms. Wayne has been stellar in her communication, promptness and attentiveness to my sons accusations and charges. I cannot thank her enough for her support and diligent communication. Thank you to COVID we are far from the end of the road in this court process, but we feel that we are supported with the most sincere intent for justice. I highly recommend Ms. Whitney Wayne for anyone who wants to get the job done right and know that their attorney has their back through thick and thin. I had previously left an unfavorable review. A partner of the firm called me and explained the intricacies of my case and where it stood in its progress. I appreciate the time the attorney took to explain their strategy and how things were being handled. I respect the effort made to reach out to a customer (myself) who was dissatisfied and elucidate them on the operations of the court. I would recommend the college station office to anyone having trouble in brazos county.

Met with Mr Dunham. Told me it would be 7.5k and he would "negotiate" my DWI down to nothing.
I asked him if he could do 5k. No problem. For him. He sent one of his people to court instead. Guess 5k wasn't enough to get his attention.
His person was fresh out of law school. Did nothing for me other than explain to me how court was going to go.
In other words, I have no idea how Dunham and Jones are as DUI attorneys. I didn't pay what they asked so they sent me someone fresh out of law school instead. Nice fellow, but if I spend 5K I don't expect someone fresh out of college. I could have easily spent half the money and ended up with the same results.

Happy with the service, felt comfortable with the Effort and professionally.

I was facing charges that could have resulted in prison time as well as losing my job, my family home, and everything else I have worked very hard to acquire. I contacted Dunham & Jones and they had my charges dismissed in just over two weeks. I m very thankful to their team. I can t put a value on everything I could have lost, but I will say I would have paid their fee 10 times over for the results I received.
