Dungeon Comics Review

Homie was quiet . Prices were well over ebay sold prices. Guy had good stock of comics mostly and some sportscards. It's a mediocre shop.

Great knowledgeable folks great selection of items.

Great magic shop for with tons of singles and a nice group of people to play.

if I could rate this with 0 stars I would. My boyfriend, his friend and I came here today to look around. there was no sign that said curb-side pick up or online orders only, & as soon as we walked in the employee (who is between late 20s and early 30s) became very hostile with us for no reason. for anyone thinking about visiting this location.. DONT. this guy works in customer service, yet has no idea how to talk to someone properly.

(EDIT) he s now lying and refusing to believe his mistake. Also has disabled his reviews so my other friend can t post. Sad to see it. There were 3 of us in total. You re a joke.

Being a long time customer at Dungeon Comics, words cannot begin to describe the positive experiences Ive had at the place. The owner and his crew have always done what they can to find any Comic Book, Magic the Gathering singles, Pokemon singles, etc. you are looking for. If they don't carry something the owner always goes beyond to make sure it can be ordered for your next visit!

They've been especially gone beyond since the beginning (and now round 2) of the pandemic by taking every precaution with keeping their customers and regulars informed with their curbside pickup options and safe and good time to pick up their items.

Excellent store. Great selection of comics books and knowledgeable. Fair prices and they always respond quickly to messages.

I have been to this place multiple times over the passed few months and have nothing but the most amazing quality customer service experience. They were able to answer all my questions. Even while waiting to be served, I saw how they were respectful and accommodating of all customer needs. Even during this troubling times, they were welcoming and willing to do all it took to let you know what stock was available and get you what you asked for. I will shop there again no questions asked.

Never returning here again. The employee 20-30 year old has no sense of customer service. We went in January 2, 2021. We understand it s a pandemic and said it s open. Went to go see if we can safely view items. no sign stated curbside pickup only. As soon as my girlfriend and I walk in. He was instantly hostile and being rude to no end degree. He was condescending and his voice raising like we insulted by walking in the store. Would have told him to go eff himself but this review seemed more fitting. I d rather go to the other location of dungeon comics. I have seen another review about this individual, so clearly it s the norm.

I came to buy sleeves for MTG cards, the guy behind the counter was very nice, explained a few things to me as I'm new to MTG. They didn't have the sleeves I wanted, but took my info and offered to contact me when they get restocked.

This place has a seriously awesome staff, and community around it. If you ever need a specific comic, or product for a card game like magic or pokemon they'll have it! And even if they don't in the moment these guys seriously do everything they can to get it for you! My favourite store in town bar none. If you're into comics and card games this is the place to go!
