Be aware OF this company it is not a good company to work for they DO NOT care about the clients or staff! They only care about the money they can get from clients and their families.

Every company has ups and downs. Dungarvin tries their best to provide the best care for individuals. Through this pandemic it s be hard to keep staff because of Covid either staff have gotten sick and can t come to work or staff are scared to get Covid, rightfully so, however the program directors are there willing to pick up and work as well as the Area director. This is a great company overall. If you want your love one to have staff who really care being them here.

If your loved one is precious to you, definitely DO NOT use this company. The individual, their needs and best interests are sacrificed for the company s bottom line dollar. Even on a corrective action plan this company failed. IMO their license to continue doing business should be revoked. It s nothing short of criminal that our tax dollars are going into the pockets of the people running this Dungarvin. BEWARE!

The gps directions are very wrong. Once you get to 86 and allisonville rd it wants you to make a U turn and go back to the highway. Instead of turning onto 86th street like your supposed to

I cannot express enough how far to stay away from this company. I have individuals that are going on months without supports which techniqually require them daily...they have limited to no communication, directors don t answer phones or hold themselves accountable, claim someone is coming but never show up, missed doctors appointments, no proper meals, incidents aren t reported...the lack of care, filthy living conditions, overall lack of interest is seriously so concerning. Our individuals deserve better!

I used to be in this company if there was a option for 0 stars I would pick zero they tried to pay me for some furniture I sold them with my own money also kept playing me with my money there was nobody there who was not in it for the clients money put your disabled child in dungarvin at your own risk because what I went through could be them next
