Savannah Little is always extremely helpful with our needs. She is extremely professional and I looked forward to the interaction when dealing with Duncan-Parnell.

Savannah is awesome to work with. I email her the blue prints that need to be printed and she has them waiting for me when I arrive. Savannah is always pleasant and willing to assist in anyway she can!!!!

We have been doing business with Duncan-Parnell's McDowell branch for years. They are quick to respond, help us out when we have an emergency, and are always friendly and professional when we call or email.

Friendly, helpful staff. Always have what I need or can get it quickly. DP is a staple for the Charlotte-area surveying and engineering world. Without them, we'd be left to the mercy of Amazon or some other random faceless vendor.

The front desk consistently does a great job. They are friendly, get things done quickly, and if there is a mistake of any kind it is taken care of immediately. Savanah Little is a true pro and great asset to the company. She treats her customers as if she owns the business.

Service is always excellent at Duncan Parnell. Particularly the location on McDowell. I am often sending plans to print with little notice and they turn them around promptly so I can continue to keep my jobs moving on time.

Duncan Parnell does a great job of turning an order around quickly and notifying you ASAP if they aren't able to. Bruno (plan room) will call with questions if something looks awkward to our usual order. Customer Service Skills are top notch at this location!! Great Job Team!
