Dumbo moving was great! The guys in the office were easy to work with and quick to respond, and we used 3 movers to move a few blocks in TX. They came 15 minutes early and did a great job coordinating the day of. They moved all of our stuff in about 3 hours and took great care of our things. Cost us about $650 for the move. I moved from NYC to Florida and I had a fantastic experience working with Dumbo Moving from start to finish. Everyone was professional and communicated well. I especially liked the link they provided that tracks the van for delivery. They picked up my stuff Thursday afternoon and I received it the following Tuesday morning! I didn't feel like it was overpriced (I made sure to provide exact measurements and inventory) and I wasn't charged for anything extra at the time of pick up or delivery. All of my stuff returned to me intact and was quickly assembled by the delivery guys too. I would recommend them to anyone needing moving services! Thanks again, Dumbo.
Edit : Added a picture of the truck that arrived! I also wanted to add that I packed up all of my things myself. I noticed some folks had issues with that service so I would recommend packing up as many of your valuable/treasured items yourself. The guys only wrapped up the furniture and packed our TVs in TV boxes I provided to them.
Do not hesitate to book this team for your move!!! They were on time, friendly, kind, and VERY efficient. Miller and his team gave us a great deal and safely moved our heavy items up 3 flights of stairs. They also had a wrap, electrical tape, things I wasn't expecting that were constructive. I will 100% use their company again.
First, the price was just right. No hidden fees and very straightforward, easy-to-read quote that stood apart from other companies. Second, their response time to my calls and emails was fast. Lastly, day of the move, the two gentlemen were on time- alerted me with a ring that they were ready and started loading a truck in a very professional manner. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs movers!
Very good service - movers were professional, experienced and competent. The timing went arwy somewhat as they came a little later than planned but the job got done on time. Paul the foreman was very helpful. My boxes, plastic bins, clothing and miscellaneous items were delivered to my storage unit and apartment as I instructed and in logical order. My furniture was re-assembled, and placed appropriately. All in all it went very well.
Thomas and his employee were outstanding - on time, courteous, and very professional. They just moved my things this last Saturday morning and did such a great job. I'm recommending them to my co-workers as well. Thank you, guys!!!
