I have worked in the company for more than 11 years ....... there are cooperatives that carry out the hardest and underpaid jobs in the warehouses, without heating or air conditioning ......... in 11 years at least twenty cooperatives have passed ...... different ..... where they were not paid .... nor illness .... nor thirteenth ...... a scandal ..... while they saw the actual employees with a contract from Ducati .... have big discounts. Yet in the newspapers, on television ..... they don't say it ..... that they exploit people ....... and then understand that it is the same company that loses us! A very big disappointment.

Factory tour and visit to the museum very exciting indeed. Really prepared guide. Clean and well organized factory in every sector and area from the preparation of the crankshaft to the assembly of the bike in all its parts to the final testing ... Museum not too big but exciting to see the evolution from the first ducati "puppy" to the bikes of the day today. A very beautiful and exciting visit.

Well worth a visit for the factory tour if you're interested in bikes, really interesting to see how these things are put together. Reasonable sized group and our guide was very knowledgeable, spoke excellent English and was clearly passionate about what they do here.
