Horrible place to work if you have children. I loved it their and my job but they do not have the same respect for their employees as their employees do for them.

We worked with Dubow Textile to help us source some PPE for the Minnesota Optometric Association. He was incredibly helpful, professional and went way above and beyond what was necessary to help us with this. Can't say enough great things about the top notch service and assistance to help us with our order! It was a great help to our members in Minnesota.
It is a pleasure doing business with Dubow Textile. I have received excellent customer service from Susan. Dubow Textile has gone over and above to help meet my client's needs with their decorating services. Dubow Textile offer great quality service at an amazing price point. I strongly recommend doing business with this company. You won't be disappointed. Thank you, Susan, and your team for putting the customer first. That's great business.
Nice company to work for and also friendly people work there to
We started working with Dubow for our digitally printed apparel earlier this year and have not had a good experience working with them. It seems like we had problems with almost every order that we sent to them. On the first order we placed with them our customer complained about the image getting real light after the first washing. When we called Dubow about this problem we found their customer service to be very poor. They were very slow to respond and when they finally did they denied that it was their problem. Finally after many emails and then a phone call to Rob Dubow they admitted that they were having problems with new equipment. It is now about 8 months later and were are still fighting with them to get replacements. I placed another phone call to Rob and asked him to call me back to discuss. Instead, he sent a very unprofessional email telling us to go elsewhere for our apparel needs which we definitely plan on doing. I would not recommend this company to anybody!
They can get the job done quickly. But you have to follow up. And make sure everything is correct and all the ducks are in a row.
I've given this company the benefit of the doubt and have placed several orders throughout the past year, but there is always some sort of mishap with every single order i place.
First off, the quality of work is fairly decent, but the problem is largely with their customer service and lack of communication skills.
One thing you can consistently expect from them: very slow production time and constant delays.
Out of all my orders placed, not a single one was completed by the date I had told them I wanted the order done by.
To name a few of the mishaps that have happened:
1. I had a customer that was leaving the country for a large tour in Australia and needed her merchandise in hands by a certain date. I explicitly noted in my order forms that the deadlines for this order were crucial and to make proper note of them. Turns out there was an issue printing on one the garments (the fabric type wasn't suitable for digital printing), however instead of being notified of this asap so I could replace the garments and do something about it, I was only told about the issue after my customer had already left for her tour.
Not only did my customer receive half her order, but it was embarrassing that I didn't know what the problem was or why she didn't receive her full order.
2. Another common mishap: every time I order the garments for my orders myself and have them shipped to Dubow, they always claim to not have received the goods and then I have to extensively check up with them to locate the items when in fact they've already arrived and have been delivered for several days.
I always provide order details/ tracking right off the bat so they know exactly when to expect the garments and which order they belong to, but they always ignore these details until i email and check up on things.
Most recently I had an order shipped and delivered to them on 6/28/19, which i noted to look out for in my initial order form.
It is now 7/10/19 and they are still "looking" for my delivered package.
*EDIT: Finally received this order, and half the shirts in this order were distorted. The artwork was poorly printed and the straight lines on my design came out oddly curved to the point where the figure on my art was overly elongated and looked completely off.
I had to order a new batch of shirts to replace the distorted ones. They resolved the issue but refused to refund the shipping costs to send them the new garments. They also "forgot" to send me a reimbursement until I noticed my credit card statements 3 months later.
3. Their DOTS system is a joke.
This system they use so that customers can check up on the status of their orders is pretty useless.
Rarely is the system accurately updated and the expected ship dates in the system are always incorrect (as mentioned earlier they tend to be delayed). If you want any real updates you will consistently have to send multiple emails to get the correct status updates.
As other reviewers have mentioned, if you don't mind waiting a long time to receive your orders, then Dubow isn't that bad. Their pricing is also considerably cheaper compared to larger online apparel decorators.
Also, keep in mind their delays get worse depending on the time of year too. (I once had a very small order placed in early November that took them 2.5 months to complete....the only explanation I got: "its holiday season so we're behind schedule")
The fact that you can't trust them to complete an order without having to check up on them multiple times is also ridiculous.
If their communications skills were better I wouldn't mind putting up with all this, but after going through this multiple times I'm sick of my deadlines constantly being ignored & also the artwork distortion on my last order is completely unacceptable.
If you have clients that work on fixed deadlines or have expectations to release apparel collections by a certain date, don't use this company.
