I have given Dublin Square chance after chance and time after time I am let down. A great deal of their issues come from the never ending parade of servers they have. I've yet to see the same server twice in my numerous visits and it shows in the variance between experiences.

At times it has been amazing service but usually when I sit at the bar. Other times I've been brought undercooked food, cold appetizers, and waited over 30 minutes for my side salad only to have my meal come out two minutes later.

The same variables are at play with their food quality. Sometimes you get a mouthwatering plate, other times you send your sandwich back with soggy bread literally melting onto a cold plate.

There is little consistency and it is maddening because they have a good atmosphere and a solid selection on their menu. You really WANT to like the place.

This was an amazing experience. The food was delectable, and the Breakfast Shot was scrumptious.

Amazing food and the staff was very good at knowing the drinks.

Staff/bartender was too concerned about impressing some girls to pay attention or wait on other guests. They also weren't very concerned about the the state wide mask mandate. Had 1 beverage and left. Would have stayed longer had we felt comfortable or welcome. Too many people at the bar, no social distancing. We come to lacrosse to enjoy and spend money, oh well, their loss.

Dublin Square donated a whole roaster of delicious Shepherds Pie for the Norther Hills Elementary 5th Grade EBELC fundraiser! They are awesome! Thanks Dublin Square!!

Nice place for lunch. Heaters on the patio make it a wonderful place to sit and people watch. Try the sweet potato fries...delish!

Fantastic food, large portions, and good pricing. Wish I had a local place like this.

Sheppards pie was a disappointment, mainly potatoes and onions :( also they were out of bangers and they didn't sell the beer they recommended with the Sheppards pie and hadn't changed the menu. I leven the price didn't make up for it -12$. Also we waited forever for our food and it wasn't even hot when it got to the table. To be fair it was lunch on saturday.

I wasn t thrilled my group wanted to go here at ALL. It isn t my kind of food. I know their cheese curds are mouth watering amazing from past visits.
The atmosphere is welcoming & warm. Service is friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. Well my server Evan changed my mind. They were out of everything I wanted to order. Evan suggested Shepherds Pie & he guaranteed that I would like it. I more than just liked it I LOVED it. The favors were simple yet amazing. I am so glad Evan suggested this dish because I will definitely be coming back for more. In fact I m going to try to squeeze them in today! I can t wait! Keep up the great work!

9-5-2020 update I m not as impressed.
Went here for 3rd time & worst experience ever. Our server was so busy service was horrendous. Our drinks took forever, appetizer and soup came with the meal, when the meal finally came. My Shepherds pie was so dry it wasn t even enjoyable. The beef tips were just ok. The person with the beef tips said the carrots were the best part of the meal. The last meal was pecan encrusted salmon don t waste the money. The pecan encrusted was great but salmon wasn t that good. Best part of the meal was the cheese curds. Thank god they didn t screw that up!

Our server Sarah was great. She was busy but handled everything well! We had Reuben rolls, chicken enchilada soup, shepherds pie & the Dublin trio. All was great & HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Just a tip Sarah when a person asks for a manager bring over manager before credit card is ran. Otherwise you did great!
However the black & tan that was poured by the manager was ABSOLUTELY WRONG! There should be a difference in color with 2 layers. She brushed us off that we had no idea what we were talking about. She said we can notice the difference if you hold up to the light. Ummm NO! Learn how to properly pour the Guinness over the spoon. If poured correctly they won t mix & stay separate until the last sip. Learn how to properly make a drink & don t use the excuse it s how you ALWAYS make them. If that s the case you ve ALWAYS made them wrong! Guinness & Smithwicks would be ashamed of your advertisement of their drink!

Tbh, I don t care for burgers and sandwiches but they had an amazing ahi salad that will prob have me going back until I get sick of it. Great social environment to grab a bite with friends and catch up.

Food was AMAZING! I loved the variety. We are absolutely looking forward to returning to La Cross to try more.

Went here on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. Food was great, bloody Mary bar amazing, and our server wonderful. Definitely coming back!

Dublin is one of my favorite places to go to downtown. I used to go all the time on Trivia/Karaoke nights until I moved. Now anytime I'm in town I always stop here to get Reuben Rolls. If you're looking for Cheese Curds definitely get them here because in my opinion they are the best in all of Wisconsin
