I said, "They are quite fast to respond 5 stars out of 5! *****" because I believe that they are having good service but... I disappointed. Don't want to give detail but as per chat representative directions, we are giving always 5 stars before seeing their service...what a shame

Honestly, would not go back after the 2 month, nerve-racking experience I've had.

I placed an order for a DJ mixer on June 2. Sales agent says delivery ETA was June 15-17. On June 28, agent informs me that he's received the unit and needs a day to "quarantine" - item will be shipped the following day and tracking number will be sent. 2 weeks later, still no item and no tracking number. July 15, agent says he's received the wrong item (this is the level of professionalism) and offers a refund, suggests it'll take 7-10 days. July 28 still no refund. Agent says he checking with the accounts team and will revert. Another week goes by and agent is still checking (must be using snail mail with his team). Agent gets back to me and says it'll happen in a few days (mind you, that's their template excuse and only after me having to follow up). Another week goes by and on August 16, I receive my refund, finally.

To my surprise, AED 43 was deducted due to 'bank charges'. Im not aware that banks charge the 'refund receiver' but hey, it's all part of their sales tactics. Also, need to add, payments are collected by a third party vendor (hence their charge, and not the bank). I wasn't going to bother to ask for the AED 43 as that would've taken another 3 months and new set of excuses. Bear in mind, the above information was just to summarize my overall experience. There was a lot more communication in between to reach absolutely nowhere.

The least I would expect this company to do, was bear the 'bank charges' due to their agent's incompetence and 2 month delay. You know, some companies do that, just to retain a customer. But no, honestly, what was I thinking?
