All the bad things you can say about this insurance company! They will keep promises that they will inform and call you but nothing happens. I should be the one always calling them, and they will keep saying it's under process! For more than 11 days it's still on process?! Horrible service. Total fraud. Slow service and deceiving clients. For comprehensive car insurance also they will try to take money from the victim. Plus will inform garage to use scrap parts. Unprofessional people and company.
There are hidden terms in Insurance, which I think policybazaar.ae and DNIRC are also equally guilty.
I haven't contacted DNIRC yet, so giving 1 star as with a value of one star than not meaning it as zero.
While taking insurance policybazaar.ae
1. Confirmed maternity cover in 45 days while taking insurance.
2. After taking the insurance they called me and said there is 12 months waiting later, I asked why before its 45 days and now 12 months... then they informed it will cover with waiting period as 45 days only
3. Even in the payment link have condition showing a waiting period of 6 months, before payment I Questioned that, they told me that its there as quotation was old. Have waiting period is only 45 days as per new terms
4. Now my wife is pregnant and insurance rejected. While contacted policy bazaar, they need document to prove that she is not pregnant at the time of taking, which they said no need at the time of Insurance. While taking insurance as far of our knowledge she is not pregnant, and those details was conveyed. They didn't need any test report, instead a signed document
5. Now they need additional premium to be paid.
6. I Already paid 2000 Aed more too get this insurance as confirmed by them that all maternity will be covered.
Now they are trying to make more money bto DNIRC by additional premium loading in fraudulent manner.
Do not reccomending DNIRC and Policybazaar.ae

This insurance company doesn't stick it's norms....i didn't get my Rental car reimbursement money as per my policy details...very bad experience...

National Insurance Building. This building is an insurance office. The building houses the offices of several reputed companies. It is located in the main part of the UAE. Dera City Center is the opposite.
Worst medical insurance. Not even bothered to give discount to customers. Very stiff in there own discussion. Never will recommend to buy medical insurance
