We moved from Dubai to SA with our dog Sam. We were supposed to fly all together but faced issues due to the Covid and Emirates suspending their flights, and the laboratories in SA not having a reagent in stock needed for the blood test.
We had to leave Sam behind, waiting to find out when he would be able to fly and allowed into the country. What could have been a stressful few weeks full of drama and issues, was a walk in the park because of DKC. They have been on the ball constantly, updating us every step of the way and they have been so pro-active. You just know that you are in good hands and there is nothing to worry about. Fantastic company and fantastic caring and empathetic people.

Close to the airport to provide easy location accessibility to pets in process of relocation. Very clean. Relatively spacious. However, the individual animal pens were small.
My cats are so happy on their holidays.

We can't be more satisfied with our experience in DKC boarding, vet service or even relocation they care for the pets they are professional you can trust them , we handed our husky for 3 weeks to them he was safe and sound happy we get updates on email weekly pictures. Good job keep it up
DKC helped with the relocation of my beloved pet bunny, Fred, in 2017. I couldn't have done it with out them. They were friendly, helpful, organized and efficient. As you can imagine, there was lots of paperwork issues but DKC helped a then newbie navigate the tricky challenges and got everything sorted. DKC liaised with my UK agent to ensure all paperwork was correct before he was collected in London then they picked Fred up from the airport here and dropped him off in super fast time. It was a stressful time simply because of the worry but DKC honestly made the entire experience feel so much lighter, I felt like they were shouldering the worry with me and taking care of him as I would.
I have since stuck with them for all vet needs for Fred and his rescue rabbit sister, Louis. Thoroughly recommend DKC for all rabbits needs!
