This is a good hotel to stay in while on your trip to Dubai. It is located near important areas like Bur Dubai and Meena Bazaar. The hotel staff is really cooperative and addresses any issue reached up to them. The hotel management staff closely look on the issues of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Complimentary breakfast is provided in some cases by the hotel in its adjacent branch - Royal Ascot Hotel.

I see and observe from our 21 team members are feeling very well and there services and also food very good.

Bad experience bad timing of swimming pool and gym is very small , facility is very poor, staff is not supportive, bathroom is very small but the only thing is nice about this hotel is their breakfast.

Didn't like it. The night club noise kept me awake.

Check in was ok staff at the reception was corporative the staff provided us 132 room it was a front view of the hotel . The breakfast was very good staff there too was very corporative manager Maqsood was helpful. Except for the delay in the service from housekeeper we kept reminder 678 calls and they would delay about 45 min. They need more staff .. water bottles was provided to us and thank the staff was very helpful .specailly the receptionist Sahil and Gladis and bellboy Santosh and guest relations lushelle and manager Rajesh

Loud music in rooms not possible to sleep, AC regulation not operational, toilet bowl leaking after flushed. Terrible in one word

With live music and near Bur Dubai, Royal Ascot Hotel is the best place for locals and tourist. They have rooftop shisha parlour also.

Perfect place for anyone travelling from India, it's just opposite to Meena (Meera) market which is famous for electronics and gold jewelery. If you plan on shopping, this is The Hotel for you.

Its a nice place to stay when in Dubai.The staff and all other accomodities are worth being appreciated.Very comfortable environment and the staff is very decent.The fares and all other prices including food are worth it.

Rooms are pretty ordinary. The wifi is disaster in some rooms which is located in the corners. I tried room no.101 & 223 but both have same issues. Surprisingly there were no solution given even after many complaints in reception.

Booked this one for my friend coming from portugal, stay and ambience was good, in the heart of old Dubai city.but we saw rats I. The lobby.. could have maintained hygiene more..

It is a pity that I can't use the facilities hotel like gim and pool during the covid pandemic

Allways a nice hotel with good room service and restaurants. Check in takes some time, I have stayed here several times and allways been happy. The last time though I got a smoking room, without asking for it (since the stay would be just a few hours I did not comment or request a change).

We checked out after 2 hours in the place. The room smelled like wet paint. The size of the rooms was small. The pillows needed some replacing.

Rooms are OK. Staff is not courteous, or rather rude. This hotel misses little things that makes a hotel stand out. In my 5 nights of stay, I faced many problems, most of them with the staff. They seriously have some really rude staff.

Breakfast very good but swimming pool small and timing not comfortable tourists also very hot water because swimming pool hotel top floor and gym very small no one care tourists. Our experience is very bad. 23 June 2018

The enormous, sprawling Place Royal Ascot hotel in Dubai is constantly crowded with huge number of guest only proveing how food this hotel is and how famous it known widely .the elegance and historic yet classic and luxury look. calm lobbyvwith sooth music and smiles all the staff put on to welcome is so inviting. the room so tidy and fresh sheets it feels a little overwhelming. the food whixh smelles so good and was worth it all.
i wish i could stay longer.
however i would like to thank the receptionist Rafael and Sahil and bellboys Rodrgues and Chucky and the cleaners of our room Rehman and Darryl and the security guards and the vallet drivers all have done a fabulous job duting my stay

It is a good lodge with all facilities and neatly maintained.

My third time in this hotel. This time it wasn't so pleasant. My room was located on the 7th floor, few floors above is a rooftop bar/club that plays music until 3am, my room was literally shaking from the bass. To the credit of the staff I was accommodated in the middle of the night to the 5th floor. My original room also had some problems with hot water as it was barely lukewarm.

Not really clean, noisy, only Indian food in the restaurant with some croissant, bad smell in the room without AC.
