Dubai dining theatre in Royal Ascot hotel Review

Worth no worry about room size,cleaning,and staff behavior...location very good.food very good....nearest to major retailers and shopes.

The hotel is located 20 minutes from Dubay Mall. Huge room with a kitchen and a large fridge. The bathroom has a hairdryer. Purely. There is an adapter under the euro plug. Air conditioners are very powerful. Breakfast is hearty, good selection of dishes. I did not like the fact that the music from the restaurant is well heard until late at night, even on the second floor. From the yard there is a construction. Very noisy in the morning.

Rooms are not big but services are good, close to shopping areas.

Booked a room with this hotel from 7th Jan to 11th Jan and paid in full. After staying for a day, we had to check out and so I asked the front desk whether checking out and a refund was possible. The hotel willingly okayed the check out and said only the day of the stay would be charged and that for the refund I had to speak with the booking agent.

After having checked out and a lapse of two days, they tell me that a refund was not possible because of the special terms offered. On demanding to know the booking terms and conditions they refuse to tell me on the pretext of confidentiality.

My question is if this was non-refundable why did the front desk mis-inform me despite specifically asking if the money was refundable. Furthermore, why are the booking terms and conditions not being shared with me.

So essentially, I lost a total of USD 234 for a room I checked out 3 days earlier.

Avoid this hotel. Unscruplous management.

Went to attend a trade Expo in Dubai for 1 night 2 days. Most of hotels in Dubai were full due to expo and hotels in Dubai were very expensive, but I got very good price for hotel.
Reception at hotel was good. Staff was efficient and polite. Room was pretty big and got very comfortable sleep.
Location of this hotel is very good. It is 5 mins walk from Al Fahidi metro station and 15 mins walk from Bur Jumaan metro station. Meena Bazar is only 10 minutes walk from here, so if you want to shop for gold or electronics this is the place to stay.
Breakfast was very good. I am Indian and vegetarian. I loved food especially their Dal Khichdi .
Will stay here again next time

Book with expectations of a budget hotel and nothing more ...location is an advantage for visitors of " BUR DUBAI" not for the CBD district business visitors..

The Room have Bad Bugs. I stay in room 136 from December 14 to 18 2018 and my wife got reaction from bad bug. So check it before you stay in this place.

My faviroute hotel. Its always a great pleasure staying here. My favirotes are Peter ,Rajesh ,Zuhaib, Anil, Aditya ,lushelle . It was great meeting them again and they give their best to me and i am always thankful to them. I habe visited the rooftop bar this time and loved tge ambience

Very old hotel. If you like Vintage type it s an okay choice but if you are a regular traveller you would not prefer it

Good clean rooms, alcoholic bar, reasonable breakfast, close to the center of old Dubai.

Wonderful stay. The interior is truly amazing. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and polite. Breakfast is grand. It really feels as if staying in a palace. Accurate location; 2 min walk to the meena bazaar.

So the vacation in Dubai is what everyone expects to be luxsiour staying in a 4 star property I would expect attest good WiFi but for four days we just didn t get to use the WiFi even though he came to check on it after that there was still the problem later on the forth day just cause I raise my question to why would a four star property have a patetic WiFi connection that is when it got solved. We had 2 rooms and instead of giving excuses they could solve it on the very first day. Instead I suggest to give just one WiFi to the overall hotel Instead of room to room which is not even working. And we don t have to keep login in. Then the breakfast was not at all breakfast as our first meal we pay for something worth was not at all the kind of food which anyone eats they don t even serve fresh juice or any sort of healthy items . So my experiment here was just average only because of the housekeeping team for which I rate 5 on 5 for keeping the room well hygiene and very clean.thanks to them for making at least the room worth my money .

The hotel is good and well maintained. The services over there are also good. Its just the nearby area is full of prostitutes, so you can expect many things in the hotel as well.

What an experience ! The lobby staff is okayish. You will experienceDifferent fragrances at different parts of the Hotel which is the floor lobby smells of excess fragrance, the rooms had smokey smell, washroom has odors, all the toiletries have been presented with strong flowery fragrances which may give you a headache. The environment is dull. But the rooms are spacious.

We used to go grand lobby for breakfast.
Breakfast is good and lot of choice of food are there.
Exact location just a 2 min walk to the Meena bazaar.
Cab facility is available just outside the Hotel.
Indian food outlets also available nearby.
Dance bar are also there in this Hotel which is banned in India but in Dubai you can easily find such Dance Bar in 5 Star Property.

I am giving it a 3 star only for its infrastructure and location only. The hotel could have been the best hotel in its reach, however my experiences ruined with its service.
1. Doesn't have basic in-room amenities.
2. V.v few b/f options.
3. The staff is like "if you want anything pls ask altogether not seperately", I mean I need dessert after main course only, so why would I ask for it before.
4. In-room dining food was stale when ordered.
5. I informed them at the time of check out that I wasn't happy and gave a written review, however nobody even cared to ask what were the problems I faced.

Not been able to explore this hotel completely. However, it's not a fancy place. The place is definitely Affordable and located in the heart of Bur Dubai. Good for tourist.

Good and comfortable stay. Place is well kept and room is neat and tidy with breakfast complimentary .

Foxy's Club : No doubt the club looks good. Lots of space, good dancing floor. But no crowd at all, and the DJ is not good too. They need to change the way they get drinks to the table. Glasses are not at all classy, they give a feel of a cheap bar. The table is very costly interms of the services provided. Won't recommend it.

They should have a hotel shuttle for their customers...
