Our house on Mockingbird Hill sustained major damage from fire last year. We chose Duarte to do the rebuild. Before construction even began, they were there to help guide us, as we knew nothing about what steps to take once the fire was put out. Damon was always available to answer the many questions we had along the way. Damon and Ramone even went up to the property shortly after the fire to tarp our 5th wheel for us when the rainy season hit.
Once consruction began,they were open to our ideas and suggestions, as well as a few changes and a couple last minute requests. Tom and the crew always welcomed us in whenever we wanted to walk through to see the progress that was being made. He would explain the process of what they were doing if we asked. Always very pleasant and helpful.
When construction was finished, we were in awe of how beautiful it turned out. It was just amazing what they had done. We are very happy that we chose Duarte to do our rebuild. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

We lost everything in a house fire in November 2019. Thank goodness we chose Duarte Construction in Loomis for our rebuild! Our house is in Rocklin and we wanted to pick a company that would support local business. Best decision ever! Every member of our team was wonderful to work with. Special shout out to Ramon, Camie and Billy for being so amazing. Also, Chad who worked on our cabinets did outstanding work. They really listened to our ideas and were honest about what changes would work and what wouldn't. There were so many decisions to make, but we felt guided through the entire process. They encouraged us to reach out if we had questions, and I can't tell you how many times we called them for advice or even for reassurance that we were making the right decisions on everything from structural changes to paint colors. Duarte Construction came through for us during a devastating life event and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

From the beginning, Duarte was professional and timely. They communicated clearly, provided excellent advice, and understood our budget and goals. At our final walk through, we were impressed with the quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Everyone on the crew went above and beyond in their efforts and helped us with more tasks than we expected. This company has restored our belief that there are still solid, local companies with the interests of customers at heart.

Had duarte construction work on our house after a small fire and smoke damage. Everyone was amazing and extremly professional and friendly. They respond back to any emails or texts quickly.
