Wouldn't give an estimate before dropping off vehicle. Dropped vehicle off on Sunday night before leaving town, returning on Friday with a hopefully fixed vehicle. But didn't order parts until later, so vehicle sat in the shop waiting on parts for days with an estimated completion of the following Tuesday or Wednesday. 3 phone calls later initiated by us, the vehicle owners, they can get the vehicle back to us on Friday to use for a few days, while they still wait for a final piece to come in. Not particularly pleased with the customer service. Have taken vehicles there in years past with much better service!

Duane's is the best! I've had my vehicles repaired with excellent satisfaction over the last 4 years with NO complaint . Always got me in immediately or according to MY schedule, vehicle was ready when promised, and even my farm truck....fixed AND CLEAN!! Everyone is super courteous, professional, and friendly! I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else! Thank you Duane's!

Scott was exceptional!! I got in a car accident and he was the one to work on my car. Not only did he frequently call to give me updates along the way he was so nice. They did such a good job on my vehicle you can t even tell it was in an accident. Definitely recommend this place and Scott! Thank you
