Went to Delorenzo Clinic on two separate occasions after very long waiting and later diagnosed with patellar tendinitis after two separate appointments weeks apart only to finally get Neproxin and advise to go buy a patellar knee strap and sign up for physical therapy. On second subject, diagnosed with Metatarsalgia with sharp pains on bottom of foot with only the slightest touch to get a prescription for motrin, advice to go buy a soft shoe, crutches, keep following up with poor circulation issues, a note that I could wear soft shoes at work, and a square roll of cushioned tape to cut out and tape to foot which only made my foot burn even worse.. Only reason why I gave one star was because one star was the only lowest option to share this post. The president and other higher ranking officials no longer use this clinic and for very good reasons too I am sure.

Worst medical I ve ever received. I had to work with patient advocacy due to a doctor prescribing conflicting meds that had severe reactions. I couldn t walk and the doctor said she d done all she could do... if I needed further help, I should go to the ER. I had to have my spouse drive me to the ER in Stafford, VA by the time I was able to get home hours later. The ER had to give me an IV of morphine due to the level of pain and I transferred my care to Walter Reed for follow on.

They make it extremely difficult to make more than one appointment per day and that appointment is only 20 minutes.... not enough time.

Suggestion:
Allow people to make as many appointments in a row as they need OR hire more doctors and make the appointment times 45 minutes to an hour. There's no way they are good enough at diagnosing in the 10 minutes (after the nurse is done getting your information) to get it right even 50% of the time.

As is evidenced by how many people end up getting a second opinion and getting a completely different diagnosis.
