Dsummit Review

I'm looking for a new place to crash. My current condo, the D'secret Garden always have water supply disruption. It only happens in Block C as what I was told.
So, I turned to Mudah.my for some ads, and I found lots of ads from D'summit.
It looks grand from the Kempas highway. So, I made an appointment and met 2 gentlemen Ash and Faizal who took me to visit this the unit.

The gym looks quite impressive although was small. Swimming pool is cool. But the unit itself, 2 room and 2 bathrooms version is seriously compact . D'secret is almost double the size.
If I had to book this unit, then I must be really really desperate.
I was like going in and out, seeing the view, the size, trying to enact what it would be like if I'm staying there....

There is only 1 parking spot. Extra have to rent.
Security guards are Nepalese. Managed by IOI properties - quite a reputable developer. But i heard from other agents, the management here isn't tenant friendly.
1 good thing I was told is that they have units with private parking. That's pretty cool.

Excellent security service. Great facilities, building and accomodation. Located next to main road and highway exit, convenient to moclve around. It's just a little bit further from shop areas (setia tropika), but not that far. To far to walk but too short to drive. It could be a little noisy as it is just next to a highway, but sound can be dampen by closing windows and using correct choice of curtain. It offers gymnasium, jacuzzi, swimming pool, sauna, bbq pit, playground, indoor court and great recreational area for residences.

Hi Simon Heng, Are you the Senior GM of this development? pls see for yourself if this place is of quality workmanship. Pictures speaks thousand words. If you are the person I mentioned pls do something for the residents. Thanks. P/S: once done I will do a re-rate the place.

Very good place for which like to have the multiple facility at your resident area.

Looks nice from the outside but didnt go into the apt cuz I met my friend at the gate house.

Quite simple comparison to Danga bay, but it is very clean.

Nice location. Walls are wet. Had mold in all my furniture. Worst was the staff at management office who are very hard to reach and never feedback. Call at 9am but will only get through after 20 or 30 mins but very punctual when lunchtime.

The place is good..Im having 2 night stay here..I booked from agoda..There are swimming pool open for publics..The place is very2 secured..From the main entrance to the parking to the lift to the room, all you need to have is their access card..The residence is quite silently at nite..The area is near to Setia City and Aeon Kempas..You can have a room with affordable price if you book 1 month in advance..Mine is 1 apartment with 2 room price RM160..Worth it..Their parking lot got number..dont park on the wrong number..the parking level is start from L,L1,M and L2.. I got stuck when my parking lot level in at L2..because after L1 suddenly M..where is L2...?? Haha.. almost hour.. no one to ask..
