I was looking to purchase a nice thermal camera drone kit for my new business allUneed Drones. I emailed dslrpros and a man named Sahil Bhojwani contacted me in the morning the very next day. He was very friendly and informative. He not only helped me find the perfect thermal drone kit for my business but was also very professional, friendly, and reliable through the entire process. He worked patiently with me through some problems I was having with my payment and made sure I had everything I would need to hit the ground running when I received my drone kit, including the corresponding software. I cant say enough about how great Sahil was through the entire process and how happy I am with the DSLRpros Team.

Purchased drone equipment for small business, wasn t exactly sure everything I needed to get but Sahil helped with every step and made the process very easy and went above and beyond!

Higher cost than other services, with quicker turnaround. However, they don't guarantee their work or parts longer than 7 days after you receive it. I now have a faulty refurbished gimbal that they are refusing to fix, even though I notified them within a month of the issue. It becomes unresponsive for several minutes, while it appears to reset itself often occurring 2-3 times per flight, but didn't present itself until my next drone job, several weeks later. At first I thought it was a just a one-time glitch, but it continued on subsequent jobs, and DSLR Pros refused to take responsibility for the faulty repair.

More for service on commercial uavs. No public showroom but, really knowledgeable set of guys. No parts for any mfr beside DJI.

Edit: bought a very expensive drone and was up sold on some features that ended up not even being able to work. On top of that my bird had multiple issues that grounded it that never let me even use it properly. Customer support from them was almost non existent. Still convinced I got a bad bird and no one has done anything about it. Tried over email and phone for almost a year only to be lied to. Will NEVER do business with these guys again. Thanks for wasting 25k of mine plus tons of potential revenue.
