The craftsmanship was lacking, and the attention to detail left much to be desired. 🤔 The workers seemed rushed, which affected the overall quality of the project. I was expecting a more professional approach given the initial consultation. Communication could also use improvement, as updates were infrequent and responses were delayed. Overall, I didn't feel satisfied with the end result. 😕
