On the non technical aspect, parking can be improved.

Very good company I was there for work related, calm and cool work environment. Very professional, and they take care at each steps. In house games lot of perks. Overall it's a good place.

Joining Druva is the biggest mistake of my life

* Management is only interested in the delivery date. They do not care if the employees need to sacrifice their personal time and weekends.

* Management Commits to unrealistic deadline, then pressurizing employees to work on their own hours.

* Horrible culture and One self proclaimed lead expects us to work till late night by default and on Saturdays as well

* Dictatorship attitude, no managerial skills, Management wants people to work like slaves, they believe there is no personal life for software engineers and no acknowledgement from managers.

* HR people and management stalk you on every where. HR is of no use. HR is just a puppet , you just can't expect anything from them.
