I went here for a Sunday Brunch. Beautiful decor. Great food options for brunch especially enjoyed the crab cakes and desserts.
Awesome experience. The seating however is very tight. I'm a size 12, 5'2 female and I felt rather squished by person's on either side of me.
Has a relaxing environment, good desert and excellent wine and great place to see theater.
Great for field trips, easy to get to, decent parking.
Ambience- Older feel but still was a Warm and inviting look. Food was top notch and tasty Cleanliness-Clean place overall. Seating area was perfect
Menu- expansive selection.
Presentation-was great finished look.
Nice job looked delicious.
Price-Mid level
Service-Is what you would expect.
Very elegant place, has ample enough seating for plenty of people and their Sunday brunch is always delicious.
Elegant great location parking and personal very great
Excellent brunch with a great variety of items on the buffet.
do you know the muffin man? he was not there, i checked
Always a fun time! The plays are fun and worthwhile! The restarant is hit or miss. The banquet meals are always good!
The venue is very Beautiful and very comfortable. We went to see the play "CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF" today and was not that great. There were ZERO set changes, we sat for over 2 hours and looked at the same bedroom scene, was actually boring.
Absolutely beautiful and their production was amazing
We were at Drury Lane as part of Sara and Daniel's wedding! We were impressed by how beautiful and huge this wedding is!
The staff was a great and the food was delicious!
Went to see"Little Shop of Horrors" tonight for Donna's birthday which is in November.Never saw it before...glad to say it was cute...last night tho'
I went to the Senior Lifestyle Expo. This is a great event for ALL seniors & people who care for seniors or disabled people to go to. It's a wealth of info from a lot of different companies on health/home care, home maintenance, Financial & government info ....etc... This is definitely a must do. They have 2 more events coming up in the Chicagoland area.
Love this place and Mama Mia was a first class Broadway performance. I like that we can preorder our intermission drinks and they are ready at the table with a snack( thoughtfully provided). We did not have to wait in line.
Love the seating in the theater, all sight lines were great.
Beautiful theatre. Saw a performance of "And Then There Were None" Lots of fun, I recommend it!
Attended a private event. Lovely environment and helpful, friendly staff. Coat check room and valet parking were not adequately staffed. The lines for both were too long and moved too slowly.
Wonderful plays, intermission snacks beautiful decor
Drury Lane spares no expense in their grand shows, and the bar lobby is a great place to hang out before and after shows. Also plentiful parking.
Wait staff for our large group were extremely accommodating and just plain aweaome!!
The Color Purple had so many elements of music, drama, comedy and some naughty bits too! It was very entertaining.
Performances are always great-professional actors of the very highest quality.
I went there and a lot of people kept saying it was huge and really fancy but the place I ate was bigger than the theater out was still a really fun place to go but I think I had higher expectations.
Great shows, plenty of parking, good sightlines in the theater.
There are a few issues. Only a single entrance into the theater leading to long lines of over 20 minutes just to get to your seat.
Food service is good at getting all the meals out but not so good at the small stuff like refilling ice tea or bringing more hot water.
The sound system is set very loud. I appreciate counteracting the talkers but I almost put in earplugs.
I great theater for seeing a play. The acoustic were incredible. The customs were perfect and the actress and actors were great.
Performance of South Pacific was EXCELLENT!! Wonderful cast with beautiful voices and great scenery! Love the Drury Lane venue!
Fantastic space. The building itself is an experience. And that's before you even get to a performance.
Very nice venue in good locarion
; used by my friend company to hold celebrating this year achievements. Love the decore!
Had dinner at " Lucille" the theaters restaurant. Food and wait staff were both excellent. Then went to theater which is located across the lobby. The play was wonderful.
The seats are very comfy the play was good
And the pizza was good
It's a great place to sit and the theater is wonderful, so my wife and I bought the pakete for the whole year
Great shows and a Beautiful wedding venue, with great staff
Went here to see 42nd St with my mom and sister. It was a great show. Probably not a bad seat in the house but we were 4th row, center. Comfy seats, plenty of free parking, close to a bunch of restaurants to get dinner before or after the show. I would definitely come see another show here.
They have excellent plays. They have excellent food and service.
We were there for their Thanksgiving Brunch. Our first time and last time. Though the food selection was a great variety and well-stocked, it was not worth the price we paid. There are better brunch buffets for the money. It lacked quality, such as waffles were frozen eggs, selection of juices were from a can/box, etc. Not as good as we had expected.
Variety of food choices for Sunday brunch and an excellent atmosphere
Staff was very nice. Event was well attended & organized. You're a Good Man Charlie Brown.
Wonderful place to be! My family goes to the performances there regularly. They're not just for retired folks! The staff is so friendly and when we do eat there, the food is absolutely amazing! We usually do vallet parking too and there's never any issues! No complaints here!
South Pacific was fantastic with a timeless message.
Gorgeous. Super staff and the building has a very cool vibe.
Went to an 80th Birthday Party! Good food, nice atmosphere!
Went this time just for a meal. Good food. The plays are usually well done as well. The plays are not always what I want to see so I don't go that often. But, this place makes for a good nite or day place to go.
Beautiful theater, great stage, comfortable seats with plenty of leg room, but also perfect for seeing over others (unless you're short and sat behind a tall person a.k.a me and the guy in front of me). Went with some friends, have a tall buddy who was pleasantly surprised by the room. Over all a great experience for a Friday evening.
Seen several productions in the past few years..... All have been done well!
I just left the Joseph play at intermission totally disgusted. It was not the Bilble account but a Vegas burlesque show.It was a mockery of the Bible.I'm telling everyone I know not to see it and I will never step foot in the Drury Lane Theater again!!
This is a great place to go for theater productions when you don't want to go into Chicago. Tickets are way more reasonable, parking is a breeze and free. Shows are usually very good, but this is really subjective based on each person's own opinions.
Great interpretation of the show, but if you don't already know the storyline and songs, the great imititations get in the way of understanding
Brunch here was okay. They had a variety of foods but however the food was not very tasty.
I went to see Les Miserables at Drury Lane this past week on a Thursday night, and I have to say it's a very nice theater and banquet space. It was my first time there, and I never knew that they serve dinner regularly and also have banquet spaces. I live in the city and normally would not venture out to the suburbs for a performance, but I was definitely pleasantly surprised! The theater is not as big as what you find downtown, but it was very clean and charming. The staff is very nice and helpful as well. Parking, of course, is free. During intermission I was able to walk around a bit and look at the other spaces. They have a nice bar area to grab a drink, and also the dinner space is in the open in the middle of main central space. There is a lounge/sitting area off to the side of the bar and dining that is very elegantly decorated. I peeked into the banquet space and they definitely have an elegant decor, so they would be ideal for a wedding, etc.
Les Mis, by the way was excellent! The cast and singing talent was first class for sure!
