Rented a vehicle recently, and the experience left much to be desired. 🚗 The process was more tedious than I expected, with unclear guidelines on pick-up and drop-off. Communication could use improvement, as I found myself reaching out multiple times for updates. The vehicle itself had some noticeable wear and tear, which was unexpected. Overall, not a service I would seek out again. 😕
