So we got married here 22.05.2021 the staff where beyond amazing and went above and beyond to make our day perfect. They where so helpful and very friendly would definitely recommend a visit. The place is beautiful with amazing views. A beach just down the road and also a coastal path for the more adventurous. We stayed for 2 nights with our doggie. And felt very welcome from the moment we go there the food was amazing too you can dine in or take away. They also have a top garden/bar area to sit with the most amazing view.

Incredibly high covid health and safety all done with friendly and welcoming manners. Went the extra mile to accommodate and be inclusive to our disabled guest. The food was superb cannot recommend enough

Great vibes, strong beer selection and delicious food! Wonderful local pub, in perfect distance from the beach.

Their Covid Safe system is over complicated, work out where to queue, sign in to wifi, download an app, read a q code, load the website, this is just to view the menu. Sit on a bench to be moved to a table, We had just ten minutes to do this before they stopped serving, No wraps or sandwiches, just over priced items. Dont even bother if you dont have a smart phone. We didnt even order in the finish, we just left. The staff we polite enough, its obviously not their fault but it's certainly more difficult than it needs to be.

Excellent olde world pub. Freshly cooked meals at reasonable prices. Well spaced tables and all the expected social distancing rules.

Amazing food and amazing scenery! The way in which this place is dealing with social distancing measures is impeccable. Excellent place with excellent systems in place to enjoy a meal and not feel anxious. Cant recommend enough

Probably one of the best pubs in Cornwall. Tucked away down by the cove. The beer is made in the on site brewery.

Lou's Brew and Blue Hills are great light beers. Everyone should try Alfie's Revenge!

Had a lovely lunch . Seabass was beautfully cooked. Excellent service. I would definitely recommend

Very friendly, but ordered a take away burger and chips got home and found the cheese on the burger had a very long hair stuck in it. Didnt have time to go back so in the bin it went!

Been afew times now and again another wonderful stay. We felt safe the entire stay. The procedure that is in place with covid 19 is good. Breakfast very good and worked well with ordering the night before. Staff helpful and friendly will definitely be back again the location is wonderful. Love the marmalade normally buy some from their shop but sadly not open during our stay.
