My boyfriend and I were in a terrible accident in April 2021. Hank took our case on personally and him and his team gave us constant updates and handled everything we needed. They handled our case with care and treated us like actual human beings. They advised us we may not recieve the full amount we deserved, but they fought for us and we did! Not only that, but their help was fast and they were very affordable. Highly recommend

Great injury attorneys here! I was involved in a pedestrian accident along the American River trail and suffered a broken leg with injuries to my foot, ankle and knee. These injuries devastated my life and confined me to the sofa for 8 weeks and rehab lasting an entire year or more. I wasn't sure if my case would qualify but all my questions were answered and I was treated with respect and dignity. Everyone at this company was kind and thoughtful from the receptionists, paralegals and attorneys. My case eventually settled and I am so pleased. I can't say enough about my attorney Hank Greenblatt. He got me through a 3 hour deposition and he encourage me and provided me with good feedback throughout my time working with him. If you have any concerns or need help I highly recommend that you reach out to DBBWC.
Hank Greenblatt is persistent, unwavering, no-nonsense, caring, compelling, professional, experienced, and all around amazing. He is someone you want in your corner. I can t recommend Hank enough.
I was in a terrible car accident. An underaged/unlicensed/uninsured motorist broadsided me with my kids in the car in midtown Sacramento. My Jeep Commander took a beating for us and we walked away without any serious physical injuries. But this was a huge accident that left all of us shaken and scared for a long time after. I was encouraged by friends to reach out to Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora, LLP, and Hank Greenblatt specifically. I didn t think I had much of a case since my kids and I didn t break any bones or worse. But I figured it couldn t hurt to see what he has to say. My husband and I met with Hank a couple days after the accident. I was still bruised and scraped up, and extremely emotional from the trauma. Hank was an immediate calming presence on our side. He explained what happened to me from a legal and liability standpoint, and what my rights were as a victim. He explained how a lawsuit works, how we could sue my insurance company for an uninsured motorist claim, and that he would not take one cent from me unless we won. I felt energized and hopeful for moving forward with Hank and the DBBWC team. As months went by, there were physical therapy appointments, discovery requests, and offers of settlements that were miniscule. Then there were the depositions. The other side s attorney made me feel like I was faking it, not injured, not scared to drive, and basically lying. It really put me in a low place and made me question moving forward at all. But Hank was always there to talk me off the ledge and remind me what happened to me and my kids. He was personally insulted by what the other attorney was doing to me, and then there was no stopping Hank! We went to arbitration (via Zoom). I was examined and cross-examined, as was my husband. To put it simply, Hank destroyed them. For every pathetic argument they had against me, Hank shot back with logic and common sense. The closing Hank delivered was so eloquent, professional, and emotional. I signed-off from the arbitration Zoom thinking that whatever happens, I know I had the right attorney. He understood everything about my trauma and life after the accident, and was able to explain it so succinctly in a way I have never been able to verbalize myself. Typically, decisions from arbitrations take weeks. The judge even closed by saying it would probably take about 3 weeks before we heard back from him. Color me surprised when Hank texted me a few hours later saying, check your email! The judge had written his opinion, and it was all for me! The judge agreed with Hank in every way, and I was awarded a very generous settlement, more than I even thought possible. I hope I never have another car accident like that one again. But I promise, I will always use and recommend Hank Greenblatt and the great team at DBBWC.
On two occasions Hank Greenblatt has represented me in personal injury lawsuits. He truly cares about getting the most fair and equitable settlement possible for his clients. Hank is a bulldog when it comes to fighting for your rights. He is not intimated by the insurance companies.
Hank is tenacious and relentless in ensuring he gets you the best possible settlement. Hank is equally as caring and compassionate when it comes to his client s well-being.
It s very stressful dealing with the trauma and physical injuries after an accident. Knowing that Hank was navigating the legal waters on my behalf, was extremely reassuring. He was always readily available whenever I needed to reach out to him.
I was so impressed with Hank, that I referred him to two close friends. They too have been very pleased with his abilities as a personal Injury attorney.
I would like to give Hank more than a five-star rating. My husband and I would rate Hank even higher, given his personal and professional handling of my case. Hank is an extremely talented and seasoned personal injury attorney.
Hank Greenblatt and his team worked very hard for my accident case. My insurance company was trying to find me at fault for someone else s DUI and kept dragging their feet causing a lot of stress and financial hardships not including the pain I had from the accident. Hank took care of me and fought to get the right outcome, which finally happened. I m very relieved. Highly recommend!
usually when you're paying attorneys to represent you they generally will do what the client after all we're the ones paying them what is required however when you sever the tie over insignificant matters or you did not follow through or fulfill what your fullest potential representation for that client then you have truly done that client a disservice as well as future clients what can I say I did not have Richard dreyer as an attorney he simply represents the law firm and sure you get to meet him on the day you sign as their attorneys making it believe he is going to be your attorney and then it's the old switch and bait routine and by that time you're so invested in time which is of the essence and pain. I really do not have much to say I hear that they are a great law firm good luck
Cam Le is one of the sharpest attorney's I have had the pleasure to work with. She handles her cases with tenacity and a willingness to go the distance to achieve the best result for her client. I recommend this lawyer for any type of personal injury case.
