They people just waste your time . they people not even listen your compliant professionally . when you want to register a compliant about internet problem they people just make a excuses nothing else and put your call On Hold
Horrible experience. They offer 2mbps speed when the plan promises 20mbps. Technicians are always lying and making excuses. Will not recommend this to anyone.

Best Technical Services. I am using Dreamtel Internet from last 6 Months. And i was facing minor issue like speed or sometimes my particular website not working. Then Customer care representative sent a technical guy between 3 or 4 hour. They resolved that issue instantly. I am Happy with awesome service. Thanks DreamTel.

Do not Take connection from this company or you will end up with litigation even after 5 years of discontinuation of connection, company is fraud they like to suck money out of ex costomers. so if you have taken connection from it be 100% sure of taking a no due certificate in end from them.
