Evaluated, quality, price and location. The rooms are all renovated, small as is common in NY. It has a PH bar on the roof to see. This area around Columbus circle is my favorite.

Poor service. Loud neighbors. Staff did not make sure room was clean. Hotel staff tried to scam us by haling more expensive car service.
