Went to see Dr. Nadya Bundagji - arrived on time and waited for 45min before she let me in even though no one was waiting and she was chatting inside her clinic. I paid SR 920 and she didn t let me speak comfortably and was always asking the nurse if my 30min are finished. She didn t let me take my mask off and didn t do proper testing. Very arrogant and materialistic and lacks ethical medical practices. Refused to give me the report for no reason.

I ll share our experience in this excellent hospital from the beginning. 1- The outpatient clinic appointment was little bit crowded and mostly they are fit with the appointments (our doctor was Dr. Mirhan Abdulaziz) she is kindful and crystal clear in her instructions. 2- Pre-admission procedures was smooth and organized well. 3- While operation, I like what they are dealing with the relevant patient member. Periodically they update me on the status. 3- After operation, they pay very intensive care of the patient to avoid any problems. 4- Room services, truly this is the most part I like in my visit in this hospital and because of this part I wrote my review, regarding the food of patient and the guest was the most tasty food I had ever in any hospital. The housekeeping was perfect and dedicated to the details and three times a day plus they are standby for any extra requests. The maintenance we face an issue in the path room and the respond and fix our request within four hours. Overall the experience was perfect and I recommend this hospital for everyone. Last thing this is the view from our room. Thank You

My experience with the hospital in the birth of my wife is one of the most beautiful and cleanest hospitals, and there is integrated care in the delivery room in terms of equipment and instructions and the follow-up of the nurses. Also, the female doctors have a long and heavy capacity for the wife and not rushing to generate it by caesarean section. I am just a new customer with them, and so they treated me, God willing, and God reward them good. It is true that the costs are higher than other hospitals. But it is halal and my Lord bless them in it.
This hospital was awesome! Everyone is very helpful. Everyone greeted you with a smile. Everyone was very professional and you felt like they truly cared for you. EVERYONE from the receptionist to the doctors to the CEO! I was there for prenatal care. Eventually I was placed in ICU and needed an emergency c-section. My baby was placed in the NICU. We were both very well taken care of. And the hospital food was great! My hospital bill was tremendous but I received the services I paid for. I have no complaints whatsoever.
