I was a patient of Dr. Larkin s for quite some. I followed her around the city because she is such a phenomenal doctor .However, the woman Michelle who answers the phone at her Mariemont location is anything but helpful or pleasant to talk to about simply getting a copy of MY OWN early immunization records. I would give Dr. Larkin herself 5 start easy. Her support staff, not so much.
