Customer service is located in another country. The men who man the phones are horrible with customer service. They are extremely rude to female customers. I would never order another product from this company. Customer service reports need to be trained .
I order the planter compression socks for $12.99 when I got them yesterday there is only 1 sock the picture online shows two socks. So I paid $12.99 for only one sock. I was under the impression that it was a pair of socks. The online picture is confusing shows 2 socks when I only received 1
Well lets just say I wanted to shoot myself after trying to get a straight answer from the folks manning the phones in the Philippines.
They have no idea how to answer a yes or no question and when I asked why they had my order on hold there was no good reason as this was not my first order with them and used the info stored on their website to fill in the blanks. This was my error so says the on c/s rep in the Philippines.
My advise is to steer clear of these folks all together.
P.S I hope they don't go to Shrilanka instead
Beware, if you order anything they call you asking if you got it then try to charge your credit card $28 per month for some sort of discount scam.
I am neutral as I haven't dealt with company as a customer. Read online reviews and judge for yourself.
Ordered the Arctic Shoes. They're lightweight as described in the catalog.They keep the feet warm But beware walking with them on even a small patch of ice. Slip sliding away They're fine if there is no ice.
