I ve only been to her office a couple times because she is my new Dr but, so far the staff has been awesome and they are getting me healthy. Honestly that s all you want in a Dr.

Dr. Bridgette is extremely rude and unprofessional.

Dr. Bird is a very thorough and professional doctor. Her staff are friendly and helpful. You can tell she and her staff are genuine and really care.

I have been going to Dr. Bird for a long time, more than 10 years. She is an excellent Doctor. You can explain things to her, she listens. She will easily make a referral if needed. She explains things & goes over information. This level of communication is something you do not get with most Drs.

I love Dr. Bird's office. The admin staff often get me in within a week. The Physicians Assistant is professional, knowledgeable, and has helped improve my health. The nursing staff share their personality making it feel like family, they are phenomenal, on point, and realistic. Thank you all for your empathic care.

Dr Bird is attentive and direct in her approach to medicine. Her staff, Dave, Jenny are responsive and friendly. Dave treats everyone with such attentiveness. Jenny takes the extra time to convey the medcial information in a professional way. Overall, very content with my experiences with the doctor and all the staff.

Dr Laura Bird has been our family doctor for more than 20 years. We followed her from her Edwardsville office to her Maryville office. She has kept us healthy in hard times, and with eight children, that was a huge accomplishment.
She is always professional, caring and thorough in her consultations. It was a pleasure to go to her, and a pleasure to wait. I will always wait for Dr. Bird...she always patiently waits for me. I believe it is that same patience that makes her the conscientious and thorough doctor that she is.
Her husband David Bird helps run the family business while they raise and care for their own family. It was inspirational to me watching them work together. It taught me to include my own family to work together when life demanded it.
I look forward to our next office visit for my husband's and my annual physical. I believe Dr. Bird has and will keep our family healthier and happier. I expect we will all live longer under her care.

Dr. Bird and her office staff are wonderful! She will make sure she gets to the bottom of an issue and not just shove medicine at you. Has been our family doctor for years.
