A way out of an addiction to opiates, there are many rules you must abide by, but it is a slower and more comfortable way of putting an addiction behind you and getting back on track with your life. the counselors and staff are also very helpful with other issue's you may have.

I ve been a patient for ) years. Have been actively working the program, stayed sober since my intake, and am working to taper down my dose to finish treatment. That being said, this is not for everyone. There are too many patients and not enough resources to go around. Staff turnover is high, and expect them to be short staffed, or a new person not trained well at all yet. Hours are very limited- don t plan on having a job with consistent hours between 5am and 11am, or you will not be treated. Plan attend in person 6days/ week for the first year. Expect that if there are any mistakes or issues on their end, you will not get the benefit of the doubt and could face consequences regardless of anything you have done (such as UA being wrong, or mixed up, counselors not being there for your scheduled appt, not getting to see the doctor for dose changes quickly etc).

All this being said, if you get lucky with a great counselor, the program is much easier to work through and can really benefit an addict s sobriety journey

Could be a good and helpful experience or a terrible and difficult experience based on who us assigned to you. If they mess something up and you call then out on it, expect to be treated like garbage and screwed around constantly until you decide to stop coming back. A person shouldn't have to choose between a job and place to live and coming there. They have zero cares about what you have to do, be it court, picking up your children or going to work. It's almost as if they expect you to keep your entire day open from 6am-noon in case they feel like keeping you there for three hours. Do research on clinics before you choose one so as not to worse your problem.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Seriously there's a few doctors in the area who can prescribe Suboxone and methadone who are much more qualified then these people. Don't give even a single dollar to this place!

If you re looking for an outpatient AODA program, please look into others before deciding on this one. And although there are some good things about the MAT program offered at this facility, there are many, many more downfalls. Their solution to everything is to yank your phases away. I ve been sober for almost 5 years and throughout the last few months, while the pandemic ensued, I was told I had a failed UA. I haven t used in almost 5 years, & yet all of my phases were taken & had to start at square one by coming every day again. It s an awful feeling knowing that you re in the right & maintaining sobriety while still being treated as if I m actively using. Such a shame that they hear, but never listen.

Great program. Very helpful, and saves thousands of lives EVERYDAY. Not just medication is given. In order to get better you need the proper guidance and help along the way. You have to want to get better. In order to get the help you need, you have to help yourself as well.

If you can go to any other place for treatment I 100% recommend it. This clinic does a HORRIBLE job rehabilitating patients and instead pushes Suboxone and methadone down their throats even when patients have clearly stated that s not what they are there for or want. Scheduling an appointment is impossible. My boyfriend goes there for the Vivatrol shot and we have been calling for 2 WEEKS now with no calls back on when his next appointment is. He is now over due for the shot and we are still receiving the run around. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

I was a successful patient having been seen by 5 different doctors before insurance issues along with limited prescribing doctors meant this was my only resource. I honestly couldn't believe it at first coming from private providers to the clinic. It's ran more like probation and parol then a treatment center. I did my best to follow protocol and began progressing up to higher stages. I was told stage 5 is once a week and stage 6 is twice a month with 4 callbacks a year... until I got to stage 5..oh.. then the rules suddenly changed... now if you want to progress to stage 6 you would get a callback every month. Hmmm... wonder why?? So just as the clinic wanted I stayed at stage 5 coming every week, I was even asked to change my HMO so they can bill my insurance more. I was confronted several times having to defend myself for having methamphetamine in my urine when it was incorrect. I was scheduled twice to see the doctor to be seen once a month and both times within a week I left in tears because they would call my house and hang up claiming they were unable to leave a message and now my phases are gone. At first I naturally took responsibly thinking I needed to try harder but then I WOKE UP!! I couldn't hardly believe it when they asked me why I didn't call back and track down the person who hung up on me. That's a failed callback! WOW! I'm telling you...it was just like someone called me and then changed there mind and hung up....we never exchanged a single word. That's when I realized that this was DELIBERATE. Funny enough my so called callback was on a Tuesday and I go in on Fridays and my counselor happened to be gone and I dosed as usual and took my doses home as usual. It wasn't until the following week when my counselor was back that my phases were gone but according to your counselor they have no say about it? All I know is that I'm done being messed with for no reason. I'm at that clinic 48 days a year WITHOUT callbacks, I submit to at least 30 UA' s in a year.... which I wouldn't doubt they lie about your urine screens just to jusify giving you more to bill insurance because I don't understand how you can have incorrect drug screens on a regular basis? Something just doesn't sit right with me? If you have no choice then do what you have to do and go there to stay sober BUT HONESTLY...if you have ANY other choice, please save yourself the anxiety. We want to be sober but we also have our own lives to live and they make it very difficult to stay sober when they are constantly playing games with your medicine. Don't forget that IT'S A BUSINESS!!
