Doctor Wendy Gould was so incredibly kind and helpful. It has been a long time that I've been treated so nicely from a physician. Her confidence and knowledge calmed me down and reduced my stress immensely! Thank you so much!
Dr. Wendy Gould is such a sweetheart. My condition is weird. I have an internal itch (not external). She tested me but all my test came back normal. She was determined to find the root cause. Though it s still ongoing she has prescribed me with medication in the meantime that helps with the itching sensations. She has a bubbly personality, very caring and listens. Staff are amazing and organized. Thank you Dr. Wendy! I gave 4 star because my condition is still being investigated and until the root cause is found, I will change it to a 5 star.
I cannot explain who much I appreciate the help that Dr. Sussman has provided me. After 25 years of searching for answers, he is the ONLY specialist that actually listened to me and reassured me that he would keep investigating until we got answers. I finally regained some sense of normalcy after he figured out, among other surprising allergies, that I am allergic to an ingredient in hydrocortisone cream-the typical cream that doctors had been prescribing FOR DECADES, even though I always told them it didn't work. This man truly tries to find the root of the issue rather than a bandaid solution. THANK YOU.
Perfect example of not judging a book by its cover. You should know the office is in a old converted house. There are boxes of things all scattered about (a patient asked if they were moving!). The exam rooms are old closets and bedrooms. Even the supplies are vintage (glass bottle droppers and rubbing alcohol in metal containers).
Practical info: phone line is never answered. I got lucky by calling at 845am and someone only happened to pick up the phone to make a call and I was waiting on the other side.
Agree with all above comments that Dr. Sussman is a renowned expert in the field, takes the time to treat you as a person and get to the root of your problems. The nurse is very kind and gentle. They were very accommodating and like babies!
Good things happen to those who wait! I ve been waiting a long time to finally get to the route of what I m allergic to! I was assessed by a medical student and could tell he was in a good learning environment, the nurse was so lovely! She noticed I was getting a bit upset when I found out I was allergic to my cat, and encouraged me that all would be fine! When I finally got to see Dr. Sussman, he was so genuine and caring and got straight to the point of how to care for my needs! What a well run doctors office! Highly recommend this doctor!!
Doctor Sussman is knowledgeable and caring about his patients (5 stars specialist) but there is a big issue with his office secretary as none pickup the phone or reply to the emails for almost 2 months now.
This is probably the best allergist I ve ever seen. He cares about his patients and doesn t give up on difficult cases. The first doctor who hasn t just shrugged his shoulders at me. It s pretty powerful when a doctor gives you hope.
Dr. Sussman us very knowledgeable and patient. He did a food challenge that worked out well and thoroughly checked me before confirming anything. I take one Star off for his poorly organized staff. They never and I mean NEVER answer the phone, nor do they get back to you. Terrible!
I just recently became a patient of this clinic and they've been fantastic to go to. Dr Sussman is really down to earth and thorough. He truly cares about his patients & staff as well. I can't recommend this clinic enough.
A Specialist & Researcher & lifetime dedication to immunology. Competent in every respect. Hard to find similar expertise. Just ask David Suzuki. 5 stars & any consult is worth the wait .
