A very pleasant employer who, despite its large size, pays personal attention to growth and development

DPA is a great employer. As an employee you get a lot of freedom in exercising your role. In addition, a good training budget and a personal environment.

Fine employer with a lot of freedom in your job. Great organization that you experience as little.

DPA is not a good employer. If you are seconded through them you will receive about 30% less salary. Subsequently, the RVS made a ruling on this. It says that the minister did not provide good reasons. DPA ensures that they were substantively right and does not really show that they have an understanding of their own field: legal. You also have to account for your hours separately at both DPA and your own employer each week and you will not receive a thirteenth month. You also cannot get a mortgage due to the type of contract (apart from the fact that the salary is too low for it) and to be able to rent the salary is much too low. DPA must stop offering employers to work through them with poor working conditions. I am seriously considering leaving the Netherlands because DPA (with a number of other secondment workers) is ruining the labor market and we employees have nowhere to live and build an independent life through these types of companies.
