Super good I recommend it they speak Spanish and English and the prices are super cheap very good

Went here to print out some PDF's for tax season - did what it said on the tin. Little easy to miss this place but it exists. $2 minimum for all printing was only reason for 4 stars.

There are 2 doors with different stairs, one for staff and the other one for customers.
I had my files on USB flash memory and if you care about security the only point is he takes it and puts it on the computer faced him and you have somehow no control over it. Actually I had nothing on it and did not ask so maybe if you ask he will let you find your file and print it by your own.
Generally their service was fast and good
I had 4 pages of A4 paper black print and it cost me 2$

Walked in and the guy was a complete jerk. Should have listened to the rest of the reviews but found out for myself. I would never go back there in 1 million years.

Absolutely terrible service. Not only is the owner incompetent with basic Word processing, he is also very egotistical. I asked if he could put a border around my business cards, and he struggled to do so for the next 30 minutes! I offered to do it myself, but he refused... twice! After finally figuring out how to make the borders appear, he printed a warped version of my document. He said that this is the best that he can do, and challenged me to do better. In 2 minutes, I gave him my copy, which was exactly what I wanted. Oh, and the printer that he uses has trouble printing out red colors. If you have a perfected document, you should check it out, but do not expect the owner to be helpful at all.

Owner was very rude and got upset because I was asking questions over the phone rather than coming in person.

They have been consistently reliable with program books and other material for my company's events. I would highly recommend Downtown Printing
