Recently had an ACH debit from my account for another business not mine using my bank account number and name obviously this is fraud. This insurance company should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this type of activity to go on. I will definitely be switching insurance companies. I believe this is also illegal they need consent to authorize an ach debit. No invoice or information was provided to me I just see a random charge on my account for almost $300 for a business that I do not own in another state. Shame on this company

Like another reviewer, Dovetail Insurance, Inc. took an ACH out of my account. I use a local agent but somehow Dovetail got a hold of my bank information and took money directly from my account. This company is a 21st century bandit. When I contacted them, they asked me to cancel my policy even though I had double paid for it. My bank is making me close my bank account because Dovetail compromised it. Note this is a business practice for Dovetail and I am convinced the sales staff is trained to get customer's bank information. ACH debits must be authorized in writing so Dovetail is violating federal law. I reported this to Leisha Davis and she blew me off. This agency is not recommended. BEWARE OF THE ACH SCAM.

I canceled my policy and the took a draw from my account that I wanted refunded. It took from July 15 2019 to November 12, 2019 to get the refund then the checks bounced and it took 2 more weeks to get new checks. I was charged $30 in bank charges and I asked for the $30 back and they sent a check for $3.50. This company is terrible. If your agent offers a policy from them go look for a new agent would be my recommendation.

Terrible. Can't get ahold of anybody. Thought our business insurance was with Starr and then I get a letter from the's people. They canceled my policy for not paying the day it was due. Never could get ahold of any one to take my money. Then they sent a letter 2 days after it was due saying they canceled the insurance bc payment wasn't on time. They took about $500 on a $1000 year long policy and I only had insurance for 3 months. Aweful company.

If I could give " 0" i would. They have illegally taken an ACH out of my account, I DO NOT have any insurance with them, NEVER have. I called and they acted like they had no idea. I am in a different state.

One of the worst brokers. Can t reach by phone. Takes 3 weeks to process changes an then they cancel agreements without asking the agent.

Insanity. Waited 6 minutes on hold, and still was not able to get a resolution.
