We didn't like being forced to wear masks. My daughter had her wedding there and she was holding a lot of stuff including her wedding gown. She had her mask in hand but forgot to put it on before picking up her stuff to carry to her room. Another guest there yelled at her about her mask and brought her to tears. ON HER WEDDING DAY. Another person in the wedding party was not wearing a mask and another guest GRABBED her arm and started yelling at her about not wearing one. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE STAY 6 FEET APART RULE?? We all paid a LOT of money to have our makeup done there at the salon and Starbucks wouldn't serve us for a quick lunch without a mask. We paid too much money to have it all messed up by a mask. My advice would to post signs telling other guests to not engage those not wearing one. At this point in time, aggressively forcing people to wear masks is uncalled for. I wish we would have known about how hostile people were. We would have gone somewhere else. We are from Ohio where the mask mandate is not lifted yet and we NEVER have issues up here.

This is the worse hotel we ve ever stay at. Our flight came in late so we checked in after midnight. We get to our king suite and we notice there were no curtains and the windows go from the floor to the ceiling. I call the front desk to tell them and the front desk says really there s no curtains okay we can move you to a temporary room for the night and tomorrow we will move you to the room type you reserved . I said okay and we moved to the new room. We get in and we find the kitchen sink dirty with bugs, food and hair. I again called the front desk and they say I m sorry there s no other rooms available and no cleaning crew but I m the morning we will move you as we said before this is just a temporary room the next morning we go downstairs and tell the story all over again and the front desk never said sorry or anything except to say we don t have any more rooms you will have to stay in that room which is not what I reversed and she offered to get it cleaned but as I was bothering her even though I had pictures of the nasty was. So I told her I was just checking out and going elsewhere she said okay here s your receipt. Again no apology and not a care in the world. I travel a lot for work around the world and this is truly the worse hotel experience of my life. It grossed me out.

I would avoid this hotel. The hotel is run down and NO ongoing maintenance to the resort. Everything is old and most of the item are broken or not working. The sofa in living room and bedroom mattress the spring were gone. It was probably over 10 years old and very uncomfortable to sit or sleep on. Out of 3 elevator the first two days only one was working. With COVID and social distancing took me over 15 mins to go up or down. Also the inside locks on the door and sliding door were broken and did not feel safe.

They have 2 hot tubs were not working when I went to use them. What am I getting for my resort fee? The beach chairs on the beach are old and ripped. If you want an umbrella it is extra charge.

The Hotel updated my room rate and resort fee from my original reservation.

My rate was 148.85 and resort fee $25 it was update by who know who to
174.95 and $30 resort fee

I don t know how this is possible. Something fishy is going on in this hotel. If I didn t catch they would have stolen my money. To fix the issue I wasted almost 20 mins at front desk to fix this. I asked the front desk how this is possible and she had no idea. I showed them my reservation from Hilton.com with my correct rate. I will be also writing to Hilton headquarters also to address why my rate was updated.

Please avoid Hotel or I would call it Motel.

We had a blast! The location of the hotel, pool , beach was perfect. Hotel can defiantly use some upgrades, a bit run down, but you get what u pay for. All the employees worked very hard to make our stay better, even when we had a problem with the ac one of the managers Peter was very nice and quick to help. Valet was great, but very expensive at 35 bucks a day. Room size was perfect for a family of 4. One bedroom suite with full kitchen. It felt like it was home away from home with an amazing view!

Pool guys Sebastian D and Chris A were great. Stay included 2 beach chairs and many towels. Umbrellas were an extra $12. All elevators were working. Not sure why so many bad reviews. Didn t eat there. Coffee was a little expensive and not that great. Valet team was awesome. Parking costed an extra $35 a night on top of resort fee. Definitely a better value then the hotels next door. Rooms were awesome. Looked nice and had a full kitchen. Looks recently renovated.

The location & amenities of the hotel are great & the food is really good. We waited for an hour & a half before our room was ready though. They gave us food & drink vouchers for the inconvenience. So that was nice.
Our room was large & the view from the 23rd floor was amazing. However, there was a roach in our room. The roach obviously caught a ride from somewhere as we didn't see anymore anywhere else. The room needs upgrades, it obviously has had maintenance repairs & patch ups. All in all, it was nice because we had a beautiful view & it is in the beach. I've stayed at better Hilton properties but this one is ok.

Made it back after 7 days of fun in the sun, nice visit just one suggestion, let the guests know, that are departing early morning, we left at 7am, that the normal entrance/exit isn t open as was expected.

We had to figure out where to meet our ride to the airport which creates some stress on our part, but overall, pleasant, relaxing and wonderful staff.

Many return visitors that we talked with while relaxing in the pool and no negative feedback from any.

Your stay is what you make it and if you look for negatives, you will find them, positives more than outweigh the negatives.

Thanks for the wonderful stay!!!

WARNING; UNDER CONSTRUCTION We were moved 2 times before finally getting a room with working Air Conditioning at 2am. We did book a second night but didn't receive any substantial compensation for the AWFUL first night that we only slept a few hours. The Pool and Beach staff are fantastic here but it's lacking any room service food and niceties for what this caliber hotel SHOULD have. The three rooms we were moved to were all needing maintenance and dirty. Walls had damages, outlets were grimy, microwave broken, etc etc.. this place is showing serious aging and lack of attention.
"*Update: We were also overcharged for our second night stay**

This hotel is way too OLD. The elevators, showers, beds, sofas, balconies were almost the oldest and worst hotel facilities that I've ever seen. The AC made ridiculous noise at night, I don't think any person can sleep well with that.
Cleanliness was not good either.
The front desk staff was hard to communicate. They didn't recognize my diamond membership and I didn't get upgraded until I asked.

For this terribly old hotel, I spent $400+ for the room, resort and parking. This was my most regretful decision in this trip to Miami. I could have spent half of the money and stayed in a decent hotel. I'm surprised they are not out of business yet. This is a hotel that should be closed to save the reputations of Hilton.
