I visited lemon tree hotel for a 3 day Muxima Kizomba dance festival and this was the best place that the organizers could have chosen! Everyone loved the professional service and the perfect ambience which set the right mood for the festival!

Electricity on this hotel a lot trip everyday... 20 times normaly everday

Exceeds expectations in terms of staff and service. They give employment opportunities to specially abled people which is heart touching. The hotel is a little far from the airport but is one of the best lemon tree hotels I have visited so far.

Had a company event here, it was a decent experience nice ambiance, okay service.

It is a very beautiful hotel and the hotel staff are always cheerful and helpful and is one of the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in

Too expensive for the location and Services offered

It is good place in Gurugram, I visited for BNI meet there and have wonderful experience there. I suggest everyone to visit lemon tree as staff is serving good

Bad! I was here on a corporate party. It's a new property away in a peaceful location. Not sure about views. The starters were not well varied and were not served evenly across the party crowd. Management seemed missing from the scene. The buffet served had utterly bad taste with Indian dishes. I was surprised if they have good indian chef who taste food before serving them to others. I had to go with continental stuff. Their security is also not that serious. After leaving the premises, I thought I lost my wallet and called them to check inside the parking, with the valet etc. They did not call me back to follow up on the same. I am straight away saying this to the management that this is how your security team works.

Good facilities but remote location. Scarcity of public transport like cabs but hotel staff is courteous

Quiet surroundings... peaceful place... many conference halls... lift facility.. proper parking space... everything's available

In room dining is too costly otherwise good place to stay

Very vibrant hotel, the overall upkeep oh hotel is really good, employee's at restaurant and reception we're extremely humble and quick in service.

Located in a rekote area in gurgaon the commute to the hotel is a little.obscure and no public transport is available however the roads are wide and traffic free. No noise. Rooms are new and clean with multiple varients available. The amenities are good for the price. Overall a good experience. I would recommend for business trips and meetings.

It was nice and quiet , even though the lights went off sometime there was backup ready in few seconds. So overall a wonderful experience.

Everything is nice except it is outside from gurgaon main city.

The place is pretty far from gurgaon city center, the last km tht leads to the hotel is desolated and not lit properly. To be avoided at nights.
No staff to usher u to your room
No vallet parking.
Slipery bathroom floors.

Not happy the way they treated to the clients had a very bad experience the rooms are too small and experienced some foul smell in the rooms

1. Food was ok-ok not so great.
2. In today's world buffet have lots of options in lunch/dinner but they were not having much options. It was very simple type of buffet having 2-3 veg, 1-2 non veg. Very basic type of starters, salad etc. Everything was just basic, not of high quality.
3. Only one flavour of ice cream they had.

Hotel in peaceful area. And amazing services they provide.

They are too busy to service you. Even the room decor is not with the price. Location is worse.

This is one of the budget hotel in Delhi NCR, the rooms are well cleaned and food is also awesome. There is enough parking space and hospitality is also good. This is little far away from Delhi or airport. The have banquets as well open space if you are looking to book for marriage purpose.

Good place to stay, may have been better, but still if newbies wanna stay and enjoy some free time in a good classic, this is a place

Rooms service is good, but location wise you may have some issue for longer stay as nothing is nearby.

Getting to the Hotel was a bit challenging but there is a cut right in front of the hotel (one has to take the exit much before actually, this cut is not safe so tell your driver to take the legit exit only). Conference hall (Tangerine) is well lit and huge.

Two pints of beer with French fries and BAD service for 1400 bucks. Not worth it
