Location of the hotel is the only issue. Rest staff and services are excellent.

Good business hotel within less budget but distance from airport too much.

This hotel is located at a very remote location of gurugram. Unfortunately it becomes very difficult to travel after sunset. The staff here are really amazing they are always happy to help.

Little away from the city's hustle bustle. Event was nicely organized. Just a lil problem of il smell with the washrooms despite the scented candles.In all, good maintainence.

The location is quite remote ...but as it lemon tree hotel, the service is very good. Rooms are sparkling and hygienic.

These guys are going to charge you for the water glasses if asked , for slippers, cutlery, toothpaste, soap , everything you can have an idea now what kind of stay it would be with no basic assets .

Worst service, non cooperative and worst facilities. I'll not come again and will not recommend to anyone.

The airport representative Mr. Karan jadon was very rude at the airport pickup and was fighting with me and my friends because he had to wait for us to board the hotel car. The staff's have very poor soft skills and don't know how to behave...

Average rooms .. bad service bad food.
My room was half done when I returned after 6 hours. The towels were not changed. Our coffee mugs we're left in the sink .
Bathroom was not clean ..
The buffet was average with an average spread and quality of food.
The walls are thin and you can hear the noise created by others.
The only positive point is
The rooms are spacious and the staff are very warm and friendly .

Quite nice place for relaxing too outside from city traffic that s make it quite lass noises restaurant is no so big but food and all arrangements are good

Stay is amazing and the staff is courteous as expected. My requests were dealt on priority when I told them so. I would love to stay here any given day!
