Very small rooms, do not go for buffet - it is completely not worth of money. Forget about the luxury and proactivity. You will not know where to go after you get your room key, but you will be told only when you ask.. no guidance..

Rooms are smaller than usual. Well furnished but little. Bathroom door opened towards bed- something undesirable to me. Checked in on 31st December, had boufet breakfast on the 1st and the hotel wasn't well prepared/equipped for the rush.

Lemon Tree Hotel, Sector 60, Gurgaon has proved to be the worst venue to host any kind of events. We hosted a wedding and the behaviour of staff, food quality and organization were completely below any reasonable standards.
1. The foremost concern of the staff including Sumit Mishra (Banquet Head), Vidit Choubey (Asst. Banquet Manager) and Kuldeep (Head Chef) was to irritate and frustrate us at each and every step (Obviously once the advance money was paid).
2. In order to push through their own decorator at the event as they get heavy commissions from him, they said to only give one and a half hour for decoration. And this was communicated just one week before the function.
3. Food Quality: The food lacked taste and the head cook or any other staff member failed to make any tangible efforts to improve it. They argued that they did not have good spices as the vendor is selected by the hotel management and that they will order good spices from other vendor but it appears that it is not spices but the lack of will and cooking ability of the chef and the staff. Village halwais probably cook good than them.
4. Service: Despite promises of good quality service as they claimed to have trained staff the guests were not served even water and they had to repeatedly ask for it. Many guests were refused food even after designated time. They lacked adequate guest to waiter ratio and their waiters lacked courtesy to respond favourably and timely.
5. Venue: As guests were arriving a sewer was overflowing in front of the hotel which had flooded the road where the baraat was stationed. Maybe they lack the acumen that there is a requirement of cleaning not just the hotel premises but also ensure cleanliness around the hotel. Even though this was a perpetual problem as admitted by one of the guards, none of the hotel staff failed to intimate to us that this was the case and caused major embarrassment to us.
So, anyone looking to stay at this venue or host any kind of corporate or social event may be cautioned that this hotel management and staff is only interested in your money and will give you nothing but disappointment in return.

Nice place to take rest. Away from city life. Good room service nd variety of morning snacks complimentary.

There is no where nearby to go, quite far from airport, but nice hospitality, they employ differently challenged people and that's really very sweet, they are very polite and efficient. There is power cut off frequently but as they have backup, electricity just disappears for less then a minute. Not quite happy with buffet options. Higenic and good, comfortable rooms.

THIS IS TOTAL UNBIASED HONEST REVIEW ABOUT LEMON TREE HOTEL BANQUET SEC 60. I BOOKED THIS VENUE ON 22 JAN 2019. A FRAUDSTER LIAR STAFF MEMBER NISHANT APPROACHED ME AND ASSURED 5 STAR AMBIENCE AND FOOD SERVICE ETC. BUT AFTER TAKING FULL AMT HE DISAPPEARS ON FUNCTION DAY . REAL HARASSMENT THEN STARTED . UNHYGENIC ADULTERATED FOOD LIKE UNCOOKED RICE .. ROTTEN INSECTED FRUITS WERE SERVED TO 200 GUESTS IN ORDER TO MAKE PROFIT .. WE WASTED R GOODWILL REPUTATION HARD EARNED MONEY BUT R GUEST ND MYSELF SUFFERED INJURIES LIKE STOAMCH ACHE VOMITING ETC ON NEXT MORNING .. NOW OUR LEGAL TEAM IS READY TO SUE BANQUET HOTEL STAFF. HENCE I REQUEST ALL OF U IT HAPPENED WITH ME I DON'T WANT OTHERS TO BECOME VICTIM . SO LET'S EXPOSE THEIR TRUTH .I LL CONTINUOSLY DO SO FOR HUMANITY .

Poor service from check-in to breakfast. Staff took 20 mins to check me in - unprofessional. Breakfast staff seemed confused.
Room is average, not worth the price paid. Better hotels in Gurugram at this price. Room tv keeps cutting out - poor maintenance. Will not stay here again.

It is a very good venue for holding family functions my experience was awesome as a staff was very courteous and helpful and their housekeeping is fantabulous

Excellent property. Neat rooms, clean linen and towels. Very good breakfast spread and tastes well. Has a very good swimming pool. Only downside is in room dining rates are pretty high for the quantity being provided. With the rates so high I was surprised they did'nt offer papad or green salad with meal. Located little away from the city and had challenge getting transportation in the morning. Otherwise excellent property to stay.

If you wanna suffer from food poisoning then this place is a must visit!!!:(

5star for taking cause of differently able peoples. It has employees who have hearing and talking challenge. Good food and reasonable cost and comfortable stay with. Bit secluded.
